      I do not believe the 5 stars reviews, got to Yelp and most reviews are 1 star, I too received a letter with a lower quote than my present insurer and after many phone calls and email found myself unable to communicate with an agent. BBB should double check the provenance of those 5 stars.

      ******,I have fully reviewed our call logs. You spoke with our service team on Tuesday of last week and you were told the agent you were trying to reach was on vacation until Thursday. You were given the option of being reassigned to a new agent for faster assistance, but you declined saying that you would just wait until the agent gets back on Thursday. You were contacted on Thursday at 4:07pm and told the agent that you were going a different direction. I am super confused as to why you would even leave this review after we did everything that you requested. As to those Yelp reviews, which most of are fake, as you will see they are from out of state locations. We only operate in *******, so why would we receive 1 star reviews from out of state? That said no one uses Yelp anymore, so I don't even bother responding to them. We have over five hundred 5 star reviews on ****** all from real clients and carry a 4.8 star rating. Are those all fake? Is our A+ BBB rating fake too? Best of luck ******....

      Received the teaser mailing with a quote less than half of what I'm paying now for home owners insurance. I sent in the documents that ****** asked for right away to get a better quote. That was over a month ago. I haven't heard anything back. I guess this company has enough volume that they don't need any new customers. Lost my business. Shoppers beware.

      I recently received a letter in the mail with a quote to get a new home owners insurance. Since mine would expire in a couple months, I thought this was an opportune moment to check it out. What a nice surprise it was to discover that this agency could provide me with a quote that was less than half of my existing policy. They apparently had a lot of correct information of my property to do so. BUT after contacting the agency it became clear this was a teaser offer only to get me in their door. After numerous going backs and forths they came over the bridge with a real quote that offered me less coverage at a higher price than my present insurance policy has. Shady practices that I thought were only practiced in used car dealer ships. Apparently, I am wrongas many other homeowners

      Stefaan,We strive to do our best to mail out quotes that are as accurate as possible, but that is what it is, a quote. I don't know if you didn't read the cover letter prior to contacting us, but it explains that there are variables that we are not privy to. That said, we took on over 900 new clients in February, so your result was not typical. I'm sorry things didn't work out for you and wish you the best of luck!

      I got a letter from ********************* of Marshall Insurance group about homeowners insurance. I twice called their number, and left messages a week ago, and ***** ever returned my call. I also sent an email to him and never got a reply. Today I called a different number, and left a message, and ***** has ever returned my call. I do not know how they got a good rating on BBB when you can't ever contact them.I have never had such bad customer service. After reading other reviews, many people think Marshall is a scam.
