      I sought Help from AAA, had an issue with my car and needed it towed. The driver that came out seemed inexperienced and rude when he couldnt figure out how to tow the car. He told me another truck needs to come out to get me, I asked if he would call dispatch, he said that was my job. Very rude. After leaving me in the rain with my car, he reported me as rude to AAA and got me blacklisted so no one will tow my car, why is this behavior acceptable?

      Good day, In short, i purchased a policy (car insurance) thinking that I needed on the ***************************************************************** affect and I did not need from AAA. The policy was done at 12:00 and my cancdlation was at 1:30 which in total came back to 417. I also had to purchase roadside because they said I needed that as well which was 75 dollars. When I cancelled I was told that I had to pay a 25 cancelation which they received and also was told it would take 3-5 business days... It has been more than that and I am getting the run around

      A REFUND WAS ISSUED ON 04-29-2024 ON CREDIT CARD ON FILE. PLEASE CHECK WITH CREDIT CARD TO VERIFY REFUND IS SHOWING. SOMETIMES DEPENDING ON CREDIT CARD COMPANY, IT COULD TAKE 5-10 DAYS TO SHOW.

      They did not make a good faith, Im the one that reached out multiple times with to no avail. It wasnt until you that someone reached out. They held my money. Period.

      This is for Work Order: ********. I requested a flatbed tow service for my cousin's car at 5:10pm, was promised service by 5:36pm. Over 3 hours and five phone calls later and I AM STILL WAITING!! This is by far the worst service I've ever experienced being a AAA member. I want some kind of credit or reimbursement for this horrible service! At the very least, this tow service should not count towards my yearly allotment for this extensive delay!

      Ive asked AAA three times for a membership card. Two times via phone and once via their online support tool.Each time I call they state they are doing everything they can for the environment and I should use the mobile app instead. I insist that I want a physical card in case I am without my phone when I am in need of their services. After going back and fourth with me for a bit, each time the customer support reps have agreed to send me one, yet I never receive it.Lets be honest AAA wants to save money. by not printing physical cards. The environment is not their primary concern.

      I submitted, PREMIER MEMBER,both of us, the complaint a few minutes ago, of AAA leaving my husband on busy highway for over 2 hours and tow truck never called, and asked for the reimbursement, of $40.70 for the tow truck we had to pay to get car to a safe place before we called AAA for the 4th time to then tow it to the mechanic shop. Not only do we want the reimbursement refunded, impossible to do online, but WANT OUR PAYMENT REFUNDED, as WE DID NOT GET SERVICE FROM AAA WHEN NEEDED, and paid and had not used in over a year. We want to cancel our membership and have our payment refunded, for services not rendered. WE DO NOT WANT A DISCOUNT OR FREE NEXT RENEWAL, WE ARE DONE WITH AAA, no longer reliable at all.

      Date: 12/3/23 My wife called AAA after her ***** Passport had an issue turning on in a store parking lot. First towing company came, tried to fix the issue, and when they couldnt said they had the wrong truck. So they reported back to AAA and had another truck sent. When the second truck arrived they also tried to load the car and then said their tow truck was incorrect, and the initial one was right. We then called AAA who was unable to find out which was the *********** to send. Im not sure how this is possible when this is a very popular car, seems like incompetence on both the towing companies and AAA. We spent 3+ hours waiting for AAA only to have to call State Farm to have it towed correctly. Will be cancelling our AAA service and requesting payment for our membership back.

      2 years of service that I never used. Not the problem. Paid 125 each time, on time, not the problem. Called to get my car 10 miles home and spent 7 calls over 2 days and 3 plus hours trying to get it towed. First tow was promised within hours. Call back from AAA said they'd come 8Am tomorrow. Next call was at midnight to inform me that were still coming at 8AM. 11 AM on day 2 I called and was informed the tow company couldn't show up. Second tow company called and dispatched. 7Pm call was informed the tow company wouldn't be showing up. Called the next morning to see when tow was coming and all tow calls were closed. Was told the tow company would be out 2 more days later making me wait 4 days for a tow. When i informed them I wanted a tow or my money back my account was canceled and a partial refund issued. Joke company offering no service.

      Paid for a service I’m not recieving. I have called in two tows and no one showed. First time no call no show. Second. I put the call in for a tow at 2 pm and called several times for update. No update was given. The tow driver called at 430 said it be a few hours. At 745 I called triple an again. They said it be within the hour. At 9 pm I called and no one had shown. My keys and vehicle were left stranded. Then there’s no system to file complaints.

      On 11/24/23, I contacted AAA to replace the weak battery in my 2015 Honda Civic. I purchased a battery from the AAA Roadside Assistance less than 3 years ago, which is why I contacted them. The customer representative who scheduled my service said she could not find my invoice in the system confirming my purchase. I asked if all services should be in the computer and she said the system was upgraded 6 months ago and all information did not transfer over, but if I did not have the receipt the tech could search based on the battery serial number. I asked her to make that note in the system for the tech and she said she did. The tech arrived to change the battery and confirmed my previous purchase could not be located in the system but also stated it could not be verified by a serial number. He needed the invoice/receipt which I was not able to locate in my file and was not in the AAA system. I should not be punished because the system was updated, if that even happened. Also, I was not aware I had to keep the receipt. The technician during my service was great, I am not complaining about him. This is about a system that could use some adjustments in archives. My invoice number for this battery replacement is ***** and now I am aware to keep it.

      I called AAA BEFORE 11:30 AM. I got an eta of 1:30. Kinda far time but fine. The mechanic closes at 2:30. I just get a call at a few minutes before 2 from a woman from AAA asking if anyone ever picked up the car. Then tells me it's gonna be 45 minutes. Mine you, it'was 2 and the business closes at 2:30. The woman stated that if the business closes then it's MY problem as to where it's going to have to go next and any storage fees assessed because of their error. I'm prepared to take you to court.
