We are very sorry the customers refrigerator is not working,
We came out and checked the refrigerator and there was a communication error between two control board on the refrigerator - when that happens the control goes int a failsafe setting, we returned with the control boards and a few other parts like the door, The tech stated he checked the compressor and fans were running when he left, the customer called us back and stated it stopped working - the new boards will not go into the failsafe mode. We contacted the manufacturer and their response was to reorder the boards that one of them may have been bad from the factory. The customer asked us about the food loss and we explain they needed to contact the manufacturer, and refused to accept we had to reorder the boards, and was very angry we did not go back ' We could not do anymore until the parts arrived" They were upset with us and at that time we made a report to the manufacturer and had them create a file, which means they will look into the problem with the refrigerator, and at that time the customer would need to contact them.
