    Blinds that through time and usage have been broken or parts have broken and come down. I was told that for the length of the homestay I would have lifetime repairs done without charge.

    Back in 2002/2003 I purchased 6 sets of blinds for my new home. With this purchase came a lifetime warranty as long as I owned the blinds. Well fast forward they are supposedly out of business and my blinds need repaired. I can't find a number for them and was told three-day blinds absorbed the warranty when purchasing next day blinds. I would like help in getting my blinds repaired or replaced under my warranty.

    June 2023 I paid Next Day Blinds / Akim to instal curtains in my house.At first he would answer text and sometimes calls and give different excuses for not showing up. Finally in Sept he agreed to send me my money back as the work wasnt done. He has now disappeared and no longer replies to my messages or calls.Beware of this company

    The owner **** became unresponsive and whenever I did reach him all I heard was excuses. Then he would schedule appointments and NEVER SHOW UP. We don't speak anything but the English language; and all he sends to install etc. are Spanish speaking only personnel (his father and apprentice). I've been calling his number since December 2022, about the faulty products (remote shades and even the manual shade he installed in my home and girlfriends house); it's now July 19th, ******************************************** months, nor has he fixed or replaced the defective shades he sold me yet! Oh and it literally took him (4) four months to even give me a paid receipt. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND NEXT DAY BLINDS AND SHADES to anyone.

    Approx Feb 7,2023 called ***************** owner of Next Day Blinds to order 2 blinds. He asked for a deposit via Zelle. I sent the. $395.He scheduled an appointment to install and did not show.No calls, no emails.After numerous calls and texts he reschedule and an appointment.Again, he didnt not show or call.He has been ignoring my calls, texts and request to return my deposit.This is not a legitimate business.
