    This review was not one I intended to leave, but circumstances have led me here. On 01/29/25, I contacted the company to confirm if they could produce and ship a total of 7 garments by 03/15/25. ******* assured me they had the materials in stock to fulfill my request.- 1st order on 01/31/25 for 3 garments at $194.80 - 2nd order on 02/05/25 for 3 garments at $185.80 - 3rd order on 02/08/25 for 1 garment at $81.95 Unfortunately, I only received 1 garment from the 1st order on 02/20/25. Upon notifying them of the error, ******* explained that there was a misunderstanding with the quantity and promised the missing 2 garments would be sent along with the rest of the order. Despite my urgency for everything by 03/16/25, ******* reassured me they would arrive on time. My last communication with the company was on 02/21/25.Despite my repeated attempts to reach them via calls, messages, and emails, there was no response. On 03/17/25, I received the missing 2 garments from the 1st order, a day past the deadline. Efforts to contact them again proved futile. I have even went as far as to make contact with the owner through ******** and again no response. As of today, 03/31/25, I have only received 3 out of the 7 ordered garments, amounting to $462.55. As I no longer require them, I seek to return the 3 garments and receive a full refund.The lack of response and failure to meet commitments by this company do not align with the Christian values they claim to uphold. It is essential for them to take accountability for their mistakes and rectify the situation. I do have recorded calls, and documented efforts to reach this company.

    I placed an order on 12/15/2024 for multiple items. Mid-January I called to inquire about the status of my order and was told that it is still in design and could take a few more weeks. I gave 30 more days and called again in mid-February. Spoke with ******* and she stated that she would give me a credit of half what I spent and that give it a few more weeks. I called back in 2 more weeks and she supposedly walked over to the warehouse manage and she assured me it would be SHIPPED by the upcoming Friday which would have been February 28, 2025. After no receipt of shipping, I called ******* again on March 3rd, 4th, 5th and so forth to get a tracking number! No calls have been returned, I have since reached out to the owner via FB and no response. Went to the BBB site and FB site for Rejoice Dance Ministry and saw the plethora of complaints just like the one I am submitting!!! I have missed 3 big events waiting on the outfits and I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

    I purchased a dress for a total of $63.90 and never received the dress. The first time I called they answered and said it would be shipped out the following week. A week later still no dress or shipping information. I called back numerous times and left numerous messages and got absolutely no response. Then I found out through many updated reviews that this same issue is happening with numerous customers. I simply want a refund.

    September 12th I ordered 2 garment for my Mime Ministry for church but I haven't received anything. I called this Ph# ************ that always takes me to the voicemail but no one ever calls me back I also email ******************************* still haven't receive a respond. It has almost been a month and no answer, So what do I do about it? I don't have $202 to give away. I order something before in 2021 didn't have a problem but this is a problem for me!! I need some answers.

    August 4th, 2024 I ordered a garment to dance in at church but I haven't received ******* has been almost 2 month's, so what do I do about it, I also called but there are excuses everytime I call *********** said my garment would ship out almost 2 weeks ago but I haven't seen it.

It take ***** business days to finish an order because everything is custom made. It hasn't been 2 months as you are stating, your order was placed on August 4th.     I placed a garment order with Rejoice Dance Ministry on February 13, 2024. I reached out to the business via email on February 19 asking if the items would be ready and shipped by March 10 as we had a very specific event to prepare for. I received no response. I began calling and leaving messages and again received no response. After receiving several promotional emails, I reached out via email again on March 12 stating that I anticipated a response to any of my communication attempts regarding my order. Again, no response. I reached out for a final time on April 1 asking for a cancellation of the order and a full refund. I have received no correspondence from the business around any of my requests or my order in general (status, shipping, etc). The website says my garments are still "in cutting" as they have been since February.

    My name is *************************** Ministry Director for Rejoice Dance Ministry. Refund has been issued by our Credit Card Processor. All of this situation was caused due to illness on my part, I have been out of the ministry for almost 1 year and a half. We are just getting back to some sort of normalcy. We have a new staff in our **************** team working hard to make everything right again. Our ministry has not stopped shipping during this time and we ship hundreds of packages every month. It is just that a few and I mean a few orders were left behind due to not following through on the orders. We are not scammers or steal anyone's money as it has been alleged. We have been in Ministry for over 24 years and we are letting the guy down stairs get the best of us. I apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused. I humbly ask for you forgiveness in this matter. May our ******************* continue to Bless your Ministry.

    I placed orders on 10/30/23, 3/5/24 & 3/7/24. This company will not answer calls. The owner will only respond when you leave a review. His famous line call me. For what to hear lies. The few times I have gotten through he continues to say he just got out of the hospital until I told him that its me he keeps saying that too no matter if and when I catch him on the phone it could be months and months a part, thats his storyline. So the last time he finally said that the fabric hasnt come in. In a year, no way! He keeps advertising getting rich off of other people. We ordered from them in 2022 and our garments finally came after our event in 2023(as a result, we had to purchase more garments elsewhere). Thats is a waste of peoples hard earned money not to mention how it makes you look, as a worship leader before people as it pertains to their money. It puts you in a very uncomfortable position. I thought if I would order again from them, but order earlier, since we did eventually get our garments from the 12/2022 order around 8/2023, that maybe if I order from them again but earlier (10/2023) we will hit a bullseye, nope to date! No integrity at all! No call, no contact, no acknowledgment from them and no apology not even an offer to refund our money. Oh he mentioned from our 12/2023 order, that we received in 8/2023, he will give us a credit when we complained about our 10/2023 order, nope of course it didnt happen!

    Hello, I placed my order on 4/15/24 and assumed my specialty made garment would arrive in time for a dance and it did not so I contact the company and they did do this part right letting me know the time frame which was up to 25 days well 5/15/24 came and still no garment. I contacted the company again and was a failed attempt and in good faith gave it more time and waited and still no garment and it is 6/7/24. I have been in contact with my bank to assist but also want to warn about this company. I didn't read the reviews before hand to know the many others with the same complaints and not being able to reach the company and the owner pretending to care and respond via review but not email nor phone. This is a large scam.

    I placed an order April 29th for $361.75 and to date, I have not received my order. I have emailed, called and left several messages. I need to have this money refunded to me.
