    I placed an order for a countertop with Artemisa Marble and gave her a down payment of $400. We had agreed on a price first and after a change of measurements they gave me another price which I could not pay since it was double what we had agreed on, and I told him to cancel the order. They didn't go to measure, they didn't cut the countertop, they didn't do anything and they simply told me that they are not going to refund my money ($400). They steal from you and the customer can't do anything. They take $400 doing nothing. Manager ***** told me she was calling me and I'm still waiting for her to call me back. I have called her and she has not answered me. What an easy way for them to make money.
