*** was installing new mailboxes for our development. **incidentally we were planning to install pavers on our driveway, which would necessitate moving the mailbox over a few feet as we were widening the driveway. The mailbox was installed before the *** approval to move it over came through, but Beautiful Mailbox ** was incredibly accommodating, and within a few days, the workers came back to relocate the new mailbox where we needed it moved. Very responsive and kept us informed along the way.

I have to replace my mailbox as it's the original from 10 years ago. Beautiful Mailbox is the approved vendor by the **** I made the call to them on February and issued payment with the completed form. Check was even cashed in February 2022. It is now November 2022 and my mailbox is still not installed. I had made several attempts at reaching them with NO response. This has been a horrendous experience.The Beautiful Mailbox Co.

I apologize that there was a miscommunication with our customer service department.
My crew reported that the mailbox was installed yesterday.

My mailbox was installed by the HOA. A year after it was installed a car hit it and damaged it. I called Beautiful Mailbox Co and in a few days, they came, removed the damaged mailbox and post, installed a temporary one. A couple of weeks afterwards they came back with the repaired mailbox and post and reinstalled it. Very happy with their workThe Beautiful Mailbox Co.

Our subdivision started looking into replacing the 52 mailboxes at the beginning of the year. After looking into other options we decided back in May to purchase them from Beautiful Mailboxes. **** was great in giving us the best price and promised a swift installation. On July 13 the installation was started and completed on July 15th. Thank you Beautiful Mailboxes for a job well done! I would highly recommend them to any subdivisions that need to replace their mailboxes.***************************, *** President.The Beautiful Mailbox Co.

1 starNice when it was installed. It's deteriorated greatly in only a few years - faded paint, numbers falling off, the spring on the door breaking, etc. This is happening throughout our subdivision. We were required to get them, but many have removed and replaced them with other mailboxes from Home Depot, etc. I wouldn't buy it again, nor recommend it.
