    I purchased a toyota camry 2024 car from toyota grapevine service texas in November 25-2023 i had lots of trust with toyota before so i chose to bought but in feb 2nd 2024 i was not even in speed of 40 suddenly i heard something rubbing to the road and making loud noises i was about to reach my brother house so i didnt even know that noise coming from my car and right after that i felt like oh no this sounds was from my car and i parked the car checking out whats going on , the car have splashed guard on underneath the car and that plastic thing coming out and i tried to fixing it up but not its not even possible so i call the tow company to towing my car to dealership later they convinced me to that was my fault something hit to the car that things happened so i checking out the road there was nothing on the road just lil bit of water because it was raining earlier i told dealers about that but they are not ready to obey it and to change the underneath splash guard i paid around $600 and i took my car back to home . And again i was driven to the home it was raining so it was on emergency mode and the speed is only 15 again that splash guard coming out just because i dont wanna tolerate this all kind of problems so i bought brand new car but this things happened to me i called to toyota but they self determined without telling me it was again hit by something i claimed it was poorly made manufactured defects dealer called me to inspect the car and they told to toyota headquarters this is not manufacture defect how can they determine because they just took splash guard out and not even replaced they told me to wait for conformation from toyota and its been so long so i contacted toyota about my case they already closed the case without telling me and i requested to re open the case and Im stills waiting for the response so i requested without hamper my credit score, i want my down pay and other money back car repurchase from toyota .

    Title: Extremely Unprofessional Behavior - Avoid at All Cost I had the most appalling experience at this dealership. I arrived with my family, eager to purchase a new car, but our excitement quickly turned into disbelief and embarrassment.When the Salesperson ********************************* saw that the deal was not going to be made he became confrontational and aggressive, almost escalating to a physical altercation. Even the manager had to intervene to prevent a fight. To make matters worse, security was called, and I was unjustly kicked out while trying to defend myself against the extreme disrespect I endured.The entire ordeal was witnessed by my family, who were deeply disturbed by the behavior they witnessed. No customer should ever have to experience such treatment, especially when simply trying to make a purchase.I strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to look elsewhere. The lack of professionalism and respect displayed by the staff, particularly ********************************* is unacceptable. Management needs to take immediate action to address these issues and ensure a welcoming environment for customers.

    I've been scammed. I went to purchase a new car and I traded in my ******** which they gave me $5,000 for. I also put down $6,500 on top of it so I would get a better financing rate. I repeatedly told the salesman (named *****) that I was looking for a 4x4 truck because my plan was to pay it off and take it back to ********** with me when the time came... for reference, I am a 24 year old female with little to no knowledge about cars. I just told the salesman that I needed a 4x4 about 100 times and he seemed very enthusiastic to get me my new car. Everything looked great and I picked out my brand new truck that only had 6 miles on the odometer so I was sure it was in mint condition and had every reason to put my trust into this man. I signed the contract and gave my extra $6,500 down to make a total of $11,500 down payment. After some months of being on a high from having my new car, things started to set in... I had an emergency call from my family in ********** and was told to see if I could return sooner than later. I started looking around for my options of what to do with the car and took it back to the dealership to see what those options were. They gave me a ridiculous appraisal and I laughed and walked away. Went to car *** and same thing but they also informed me that my car was in fact NOT a 4x4 , but a 4x2 and that there is no way that I have $39,000 left to pay after almost a year of $650 monthly payments and $11,500 down... I've been contacting the dealership and they will not return my calls and keep trying to pass the problem to different managers that don't know anything and claim they are gonna connect me with another manager but never do. I'm so upset and frustrated right now and don't know what to do. The car is worth about $30,000 and they somehow fudged the numbers so I'm paying a total of $60,000 for a car that isn't even the one that I needed.

    No compren en este dealer, Mienten a los clientes y los estafan tambin, explico!! El vendedor me da unos nmeros acord al total ********* y el depsito, yo escog el que me convino pagar pero cuando me pasan con el contador me pone el depsito que el quiso sin decir ***** Yo firme los papeles sin leer porque ya estaba cansada y con una bb y llevbamos muchas horas all. Y cuando me di cuenta es porque me lleg la tarjeta del dealer que yo nunca ped. Y adems de eso el valor ********* es mucho ms de lo que realmente vale. Nunca me quisieron resolver el problema. El vendedor dice que el contador y el contador dice que el vendedor.They lie to the customers, I explain! The seller gives me some numbers I agreed to the total of the car and the deposit, I chose the one that I agreed to pay but when they pass me with the counter he gives me the deposit that he wanted without saying anything. I signed the papers without reading because I was already tired and with a baby and we had been there for many hours. And when I realized it was because I got the dealer card that I never asked for. And on top of that, the value of the car is much more than it really is worth. They never wanted to solve the problem for me. The seller says that the accountant and the accountant says that the seller.

    ANYWHERE BUT HEADQUARTER TOYOTA IN ***********, ** In a scale of 1 - 10 ===>>>. -0 !!Quality of repairs?The technical repairs are acceptable, not great the personal disrespect is not. ********************** the Bodyshop Mgr was rude, belittling, disrespectful and difficult.Satisfaction with customer service?Ive been a customer of HQT since 11/23/11 and Ive never felt so disrespected and abused Anything could be improved?Service - I would improve communications in general.The ******************* team leaves a lot to be desired. The angry ********************* treated me like an undesirable customer who doesnt agree to his standards or operating rules. Ive never had to put up with disrespect or ill demeanor from any employee of HQT until now. I truly feel like the management team has lost the ability to maintain rigorous customer standards and the staff is taking advantage of it.Vehicle ready when promised?No ********************* first had an employee (rude Ms. ******* tell me the wait would be 2 weeks. The car was returned 31 days later after blood, sweat and tears.Were you Kept informed during repair process?No ********************* told me that I did not have preferencial treatment due to my disability. When I explained I had just suffered a stroke his response was that if that was true, it would be best if I didnt drive anyway.Would you recommend to a friend or colleague?Effective immediately, I will stop going to HQT after 10 yrs of loyalty and I will tell everyone I know not to drive by, much less do business with anyone there.there Additional comments?I will call my insurance adjuster to request the job to be finalized somewhere else if possible, Im not willing to continue to up with disrespect.Reason for service?The repairs were due to a *************************. Upon pickup, I find the paint to be dull and the new panel paint is not shiny. The car was promised to have received a detail cleaning, it was actually dirty.
