    Needed some antibiotics for my cat. Had to jump through hoops to get my prescription sent out. When it was finally approved, I was told there would be a 24 hour turn around between approval and shipping. I paid for 22 dollars for fast shipping to expedite delivery of my medicine and have already paid for it. It was antibiotics for my cat who has a serious digestive infection. It should NOT take a 24 hour turnaround to get medicine that is expedited. I should be refunded for that amount.

    Im so sorry for the delay you experienced and for the frustration it causedespecially when your kitty needed their medication urgently. We absolutely understand how upsetting this must have been during such a stressful time. I attempted to contact you today but was unable to reach you. 

    Your prescription was received after 4 PM on Friday. Our pharmacy is closed during the weekends, therefore your order shipped on Monday. While your order was fulfilled promptly, it looks like there was an unexpected delay during transit. Ive gone ahead and processed a refund for the total of your order as a gesture of apology. Youll see that reflected back on your original form of payment shortly.

    Awful company. They kept saying that one of my orders didn't have the correct vet info - i saw the vet rx myself and it had everything correct. Then the last straw was when they processed an RX order WITHOUT vet approval - I know this because I spoke with the vet who called to ask me about it and I told them NOT to approve it and they confirmed the did NOT approve the RX order. Magically Allivet processed the order. I got on their live chat and they said "oh it's been shipped" when the order status screen specifically said "NOT SHIPPED YET" and "PROCESSING". I have screen shots and time/date stamps of the chat and the order status. They are liars.

    How does a website not have a cancel button for autoship? Ive read the complaints on here that also mention issues with cancellations and unauthorized charges. This makes me VERY concerned as I dont want to end up in this same situation. I have emailed Allivet to cancel my auto shipments for both my items and am awaiting their response.

    Poor experience march *****, 2025. *** faxed approval twice. Email response says they have not received. Vet tried to call in approval but hung up after 30 minutes on hold. Yet Allivet charged my credit card march 26, 2025!

    If you want to receive your pets medication on time and expect a smooth ordering process without unnecessary delays, do not use Allivet for the sake of your pet. I ordered asthma medication for my cat, and my vet approved the prescription the next day. However, Allivet did not ship the medication until 7 days later. The order status remained "Rx Hold Status", and after multiple emails and a chat with customer service, they claimed they needed clarification from the vet. even though the dosage instructions were clearly stated on the prescription! Had I not contacted them, I fear the prescription would have never been shipped.After the delay, customer service assured me they would provide free next-business-day delivery. However, when I checked the tracking number, it showed a 6-day delivery time instead. I wont receive it until next Tuesday. This is completely unacceptable for a pets critical medication. I have canceled all auto-ship orders after reading more horrible reviews about their service. Since I value my cats well-being, I will now carefully research all reviews before trusting any online pet pharmacy.

    I can confirm that a full refund has been issued for your order. Regarding the shipping delay, I completely understand why you expected next-day delivery based on what was communicated. Unfortunately, because the medication is an aerosol, it cannot be shipped via air transport, which means overnight shipping was not an option. Instead, it was sent via ground, which typically takes longer. I absolutely agree that this should have been made clearer upfront, and I truly regret any confusion this caused.

    They set up my authorship charged me and never sent my medication. After calling confirming my vet gave approval I contacted allivet. They then told me the medication was going to be sent and it was 3 weeks later. Second go around I did auto ship. Medication had BEEN approved since Jan 23rd I auto shipped Feb 25th and as of this morning they sent an email claiming my order was cancelled EVEN THOUGH they have already charged my bank account. Upon calling them they gave me the same run around as last time about that email shouldnt have gone out, and that they have already shipped or sent my prescription to the carrier. Could not provide tracking # then when I asked about the disparage in time since my prescription was already approved they said it was a warehouse issue. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM if you care about your money and even more if your pet is on medication they cannot run out of.

    January 31 Charged my card, never got a notice that it was shipped and kept checking the status I called and they could give me no answer of when I would receive the medication or a reason for the delay. They offered a 25% refund and a reimbursement of a 7-Day Supply from my. Never got an email confirming that offer. Got ANOTHER auto ship notice today and card charged again (no discount of course). They advised me that I can stop the auto ship on their webpage, but that is not true. All you can do is change the date of the AutoShip. You cannot stop it without calling them. Their live chat is not available.

    Ive gone ahead and stopped your AutoShip so you wont be charged again. Ive confirmed that your charge was voided for one of your orders and that a refund has been processed for the other. If you havent already, please send us a receipt for the 7-day supply from your vet so we can reimburse you as promised.

    I truly appreciate you bringing the AutoShip cancellation issue to our attention. While there is a way to stop it online (below the companys hours under Manage AutoShip), I completely understand that it wasnt clear, and Ill be passing this along for review.

    This company is unreliable I was set up for autoship on a monthly basis for my pet medication due to the cost being a little bit cheaper than getting the prescription from my actual local veterinarian the first two months I received my medication in a timely manner this month after they deducted my money for the prescription I did not receive it and kept checking the status I had to call to get that status and they could give me no answer of when I would receive the medication and the supervisor's answer was because they updated their computer system I explained to them that this is putting a Pet's Health in jeopardy it could cause complications that could then cost the pet owner a lot of money when the pet suffers from the complications of not having the medication and it would cost the pet owner a lot of money to get those complications fixed if the pet even survived the altercation they offered a 50% refund and to go to the veterinarian office and get a 7-Day Supply at which they would refund only the difference of the cost of medication but could still not tell me where my pets prescription was in the system is it being ready to be shipped has it been filled yet this is a time sensitive manner A Pet's Health can be just like a human medication is vital and crucial and can cause serious complications I will definitely be canceling my auto ship subscription with this company and going to a much reliable company updating a computer system is not a valid reason to put an animal's Health on the line and to not notify your customers or clients prior to doing that this is an awful company all they care about is getting their money

    I have been using this pet pharmacy for monthly autoship many years with fairly decent success. This month, however, though my order was placed January 29, it has yet to ship out. It has been "pending fulfillment" for over two weeks. During chat sessions, it was recommended that I get a short term supply of the five medications from my vet. The only explanation is that they are having issues in their warehouse, and employees are working overtime to fill prescriptions.Some of the medications are immunosuppressants and cannot be stopped suddenly. I have no idea if I will ever receive the medications from them and have changed pharmacies.

    The pet care industry, as a whole, is a nightmare for caring owners. 2 necessary prescription medications for one of my dogs has been "pending fulfillment" for 11 days and I was told it could be another week before it's filled. And then 3 days for shipping. This is unacceptable.
