We want to first and foremost apologize for any negative experience with regards to our company that the customer might have experienced, our priority is to continuously provide the utmost professional service with respect to our customers.  We apologize for the inconvenience and ultimately the miscommunication. There might have been a misunderstanding regarding the 16+ hour aspect of a tent, we clearly convey this to customers when we speak with them to go over the procedures for day of tenting.  Tenting process is as follows: 2 1/2 days total, day 1 structure tented - between ***** hours.  Note that this is determined on several factors by the shooter using equipment to establish the appropriate length of time for treatment, from the weather, wind, volume and seal/tarp condition. Day 2 tent comes off and aeration period begins, day 3 structure will be cleared, and customer is allowed to re-enter property. Also note all tents carry a one-year warranty, therefore if you see evidence of termites within that year, you are covered by Krypton Pest Control to re-fumigate NOT spot treat. The inspector that does the clear of the properties was very clear when he reached out to the customer to give the property keys back to her.  He clearly explained the situation and was trying to coordinate to return keys. It was not that he had something to do at 4pm as she claims, it's that he is the one person assigned and authorized to do the clears and had to continue to do so to other properties.  Customer was being very conflicting and wanted him to wait over two hours at the home for someone to arrive.  The situation with the back structure/shed was due to no appropriate preparation being done to the structure. There was debris, fencing material, etc. throughout the exterior, which would not allow for a good seal.  The procedures are the same as for all structures, therefore, all appropriate procedures must be followed for treatment.  Krypton was unable to do the second structure, customer was hard to reach due to her being out of the area.  We clearly communicate this and mentioned that if someone could clear the surroundings it could be done, it was not.  Note that the $480.00 for said structure was immediately returned/refunded to customer.  We did everything we could to accommodate the needs of the customer.  Even after all this, we have had to place the customer with our attorney due to lack of payment for treatment/services rendered. We are currently owed a substantial balance for the tenting job preformed.

Company lied and did not perform the service as they promised. They said the tent will be up for about 48 hours, from Friday Morning to Sunday. They installed the tent Friday at ***** PM and removed it Saturday at ***** AM. This amounts to **** Hrs, which is less than the 48 hours they said they'll provide. This is not enough time for the gas to be effective. This company also said they won't harm my landscaping by placing the tent behind it, yet when I got home all my landscaping was dead, easily $800 worth of plants. This company never announced that they cleared the house for use, although it seems like they did clear it, as there was a paper on the door. We were never notified. The company was unresponsive after my several attempts to find out if they had cleared the house and where they had left the key.
