              I purchased tiles from this business back in 02/2022 and received that order which was installed successfully. I then purchased an additional amount of the same tile for an addition I was doing to my house on 10/2022. The merchant offered to hold the tile for me until I was ready to install them. I kept in contact with the merchant often to assure that my tile was still in their possession. As of 10/2023 I have been reaching out to the merchant to have my tile delivered. They first told me that it would be delivered on 11/10 then 11/17 and so on and so on. They continue to tell me that it will be delivered every Friday yet they never do. I have exhausted all avenues with the merchant. I am hoping that BBB can assist with the resolution to this matter.

              Horrible service everything is a excuse won't deliver on time deliver partial tile blame the delivery company delivery company blames them won't give back the money even if tile has not been delivered
