      This company is an absolute scam and I am so embarrassed to say I fell for it! A representative called and asked if I wanted to try a free trail of their keto gummies and all I had to do was pay for the shipping. She told me the shipping was ***** which she said several times. The shipping charged to my card was 45 dollars. The representative also said several times that my card will NOT be charged any additional fees for the keto gummies and that someone would contact me to ask about feedback regarding the product after my trail and if I wanted to continue then payment would be discussed for continuation. Makes sense, free trial complete so not so free any longer! I asked many times, "so my card will not be charged unless I like the product and authorize a payment to continue for the following month?" "Yes ma'am, that is true," was the response. I get a call by my credit card company to say there was suspicious activity and that I was charged 150 dollars on my card that they see this was not authorized. They ask, "did you authorize this?" I say, "I absolutely did not." They cancel it and the charge doesn't go through. Now the company calls me asking for their money and telling me it will be escalated and I will have bad credit. The lady was VERY rude to me as I tried to explain what happened and she hung up on me. How do we stop this company? I see I am one of so many who have had this kind of experience and I know there are many who have not even reported it! So terribly frustrating!

      This company is a scam artists den. The customer service is terrible and all they know how to say is it shows delivered. I never received my package from them and now they want to charge me an additional 170 dollars because I signed up for a 14 day trial? Biggest mistake I ever did. My bank luckily stopped the second charge from going through as they told me it looked like a fraudulent company and based on the fact that I still haven't received the product I paid for, I would have to agree. Hands down the worst "company" I have ever dealt with.

      August 2023, I clicked on receive your free bottle and filled it out. They phoned me and told me I only had to pay for shipping and if I didn't want to continue the product I just had to cancel within 14 days. I phoned back and cancelled, the person tried to talk me into keeping the subscription and I just did not want to. The person who recently phoned me said I did not actually cancel it . It was over a year ago and I just started receiving phone calls telling me I owe them ****** US and I had to pay or they are escalating this. I did not receive any more products and no one contacted me last year. I am shocked and cant afford this. I have tried really hard to keep my credit score going good and I am scared this is going to ruin it. I asked for an email or written bill and was denied. This was not a free bottle at all. I am not happy and need help with this please and thank you

      I was on ******** on June 11th and seen an add for **** gummies for weight loss. I clicked on the add and filled out information til I got to the final page which have the price and it was way too expensive so I closed the screen and carried on without purchasing anything. The next thing I get is a text from the company telling me I had left the site without checking out. They sent me 8 texts in total. I ignored all of them. Then on June 30th I get a phone call from the company offering me a one time offer of ***** is dollars to cover the shipping cost of three bottles of keto weight loss agents. I was reassured that this was Not a subscription and that I would never be charged anything else on my credit card. I said that yes I would buy them for ***** US to try them out. Fast forward to August 31st when I get a call from the company saying that I didnt call them back after 14 days and now I owe them the full cost of the three bottles. I explained to them that I was never told anything about a 14 day trial and that I was given a one time offer of *****. They were super aggressive and mean and told me to listen to them that this would go to collections if I did not pay the total. The credit card I had originally used was cancelled so they couldnt charge that card. I told them that I wanted to hear the recording where the said I was told about it and they said they couldnt let me hear it. They told me that when I was in ******** I shouldve read about it where it specified a trial of 14 days. I never bought it off ******** so I was never told this information. After being harassed long enough I told the lady (supervisor) who I had asked to speak with because the first person was mean. The supervisor was no better if not worse and after she was really rude I said to her you are nasty and hung up. I called the ***** #That I found online for them to report the harassment and they were the same way. And threatening collections. I also offered to return all products

      June 6, 2023 I was online (FB) and saw an ad for Apple Cider Vinegar gummies. I take ACV daily to help with cleaning and detoxing and thought I would purchase and try. They offered a 14d money back guarantee, so I thought why not try. A message on the ad said, if you were not happy with 14 days to call & you would not be charged. I cannot find the add online and cannot comment to how it was marketed. I didn't even think of going to the website to order. I paid for shipping, it was about *****. Shortly after I ordered I flew to my home town to help out a friend who's son had just passed away. When I returned home my order was there. When I opened the package, it included not only ACV gummies but some KETO Cleanse pills and some other KETO weight loss pills of which I did not agree too or think that I was ordering at the time. Not only that, they are on subscription, which I did not agree too. When I returned home it was passed the 14 days. I called to return the products that I did not want (KETO) and was told I couldn't. Then I had had to go away again as my MIL is in palliative care and we're all trying to help pack up her house, fix and sell etc. Anyway, my CC was compromised in the meantime and they could not charge my card for the 3 products. I was contacted by the company today to pay for the vitamins I received ( fair enough ). I authorized my c card to pay (today), and was charged for all 3 products to the total of $200! Crazy thing is by the time my card was authorized around noon today, and when the person who had contacted me about billing had called back (@3) they had already shipped other products AND I had an email (attached) stating that my trial had been cancelled. What! The girl on the phone (I think ******* or something like that) said that it clearly states on their website that you are entering a subscription. You actually have to click on terms and conditions to see that its a subscription. **********************************

      In September 2022, I clicked for a "free trial" of a keto supplement in an in-app advertisement. Instead of taking me to a website, the screen froze. A few days later, I got a call from the company regarding my free trial. I emphasized that I was not agreeing to buy anything, that I just wanted a free trial. She said that's all it was. I received a box of 6 items, but I did not ask to try anything but the keto product, and I did not agree to pay for that - I was offered a free trial. Since I did not agree to receive these products, and there was no invoice included, I was a bit confused, but since the caller had assured me that I was not comitting to buy anything, I didn't take any further action. Attached are the two packing slips, which were the only thing in the box besides the products - no prices, no bill, no receipt, no terms and conditions, nothing else. Since I had been assured that I wasn't buying anything, the only conclusion I could reach was that they were samples, even though they looked like full size bottles. I was sent a total of 6 items. 2 of them were CBD products, which I am not able to use as I am on medications that cannot be mixed with CBD. Three of them were supplements I did not want or ask for: Natural Pure Cleanse (x1) and Natural Pure Immunity (x2). The only item I wanted to try (for free) was the Natural Pure Keto. I put the bottles on my shelf. No bills, nothing until yesterday. I got a call from "escalations" regarding an unsettled debt. The call ended after I asked if the original call had been recorded and said I would need to hear the conversation, since I was very clear that I was not agreeing to buy anything. They called again today, insisting that I had agreed to their terms and conditions on the website (I did not - I was never directed to their website - the screen had frozen.) I am perfectly willing to return the items, but I am not willing to pay over three hundred dollars for products I did not order.

      I was researching CBD gummy offer. I was then sent a texts then a call regarding the products. I was told about the product of my original inquiry plus several others as an introductory type offer. I was lead to believe I was purchasing trial offer. Customer satisfaction guaranteed type of deal. I did agree their product and a couple of others they said would be beneficial as to my interest I had in purchasing CBD gummies. To which I paid for the shipping and the product at a reduced rate. Months later I received a call from the *********************** By the way tells me their angle on how to deceptively gain funds. Stating owed them the cost of the products in full since my bank did not allow the charges to be made on my credit card I provided them. I was informed of a subscription of their products. No products for the subscription was I had never been received. Threats were made regarding sending collections after me were made. In return I said I will look into the legality of their claims. I researched their company and found a long list of client complaints questioning the ethics of their sales practices.

      I found a product online called Keto weight loss product. Several days later received a phone call about the product and a free trial. All I had to do was pay $8 for shipping. Then the next day I see 4 - $12 deductions on my credit card I guess for shipping. Several days later I receive 6 different products in 2 different packages, none being the Keto weight loss product I thought I was getting. I have cancelled my credit card to stop any further charges from this company although I'm sure I have not heard the last of them. They clearly a shady operation and now I see many BBB complaints about them.

      While this company may be operating within the limits of the law, certainly in the US, they employ questionable business practices. There is no communication from the company telling you about the monthly subscription you are enrolled for and no contact about getting your next monthly subscription order ready with an opportunity to modify or cancel. I had no idea I was in a subscription AND the first contact I had from them was telling me my account was in arrears because the card they had on file did not work. Reading the BBB complaints, I am reluctant to deal with this company and give them any further information.
