I was offered a "trial" and told I only had to pay for shipping over the phone. If I wanted to discontinue use of the product then I should call back within two weeks. The product arrived late, for me today is day 5 of the product being in my possession. I was never given the full price of the product and the entire sales pitch was misleading. Today I was billed $116.40 twice. When I called the company, I got robotic answers from their call centre staff. I recommend that this company not be trusted, their business practice meet a minimum threshold for honesty and transparency in addition, I am not able to comment about the product on their website. To me, this indicates that they have no issues about misleading potential customers.Initial Complaint

I was on Facebook and this CBD gummie stuff popped up so I looked into it and had entered my name and phone number then decided to not look farther .. a day or so later I get a call from my natural pure and they offer a free trial I just have to pay the shipping for these gummies and then they offer the oil to so I'm like ok .. so that comes out of my account around $14 in total fine. Then I never receive the product. So I instantly think I was scammed. Then $105 tries to come out of my account for garcinia Cambodia um I didn't purchase that. So I had the bank cancel that .. then recently I have been getting calls from this supposed company stating that I owe them $215 for the cbd oil and gummies . I said I have never recorded that product. Then they say well the tracking number says it was delivered to your house .. I said again I have never received anything from you guys. The. They just keep saying well tracking say you received it. I'm like well I didn't and I have always paid for products I received and I get packages all the time and have always received what I ordered. The she proceeds to tell me that if I don't pay this money they are going to send this to escalations and then it will affect my credit. I got mad so I hung up after reiterating that I have never received the product. Two days later I get a phone call from another person saying the same thing and I said the same back and hung up. I then phoned the 1-800 number and asked for the person to look into my original order and so I owe money .. she states that they did send it but it has been held at customs not being released according to the tracking number. so she said it shows that I don't owe them anything . Then next day I get a call from Account management escalations saying I owe them $215 I said the tracking number shows it's in customs in Vancouver since June 2021. She said well why don't you go get it. I'm like I am not driving 1400 km and customs won't release that. It's confiscated.Initial Complaint

The company lied about the product and cost of only 4.95 for some cbd from Natural Pure Company. was offered a free trail of their cbd for 4.95 . The product did nnot arrive in time and was late by over 2 weeks in the time frame for a review. Then they never called or e-mailed to review the product period. Now they call and say I owe them 169.00 plus and threatened me to take me to collets today if I do not pay. I never received any other orders and they are a scam... The phone number they said to call back was XXX-XXX-XXXX. I do not owe them any money other than 4.95 which I paid. I am not on a reoccurring subscription nor do I want one. I am not paying them one cent. Other people have had the same issues with this company and they need to be shut down and put out of business now....
