    They sold us a defective leaking Trane unit but could not fix despite it Leaking for 5 years. The best of their best could not fix. Never any offer to replace becuz of course ***** wont do it. And it was Amplus who sold it to us. They also do NOT keep records of service visits on their clients. Despite multiple requests for our records, they do not respond. When they finally did get us the records, they were only for the last year and NOT for 3 years. Requested a correction of this several times with no response from them.***** managed was always my impression as well.
