    On December 8 and 9th, I had my braces removed and my veneers put on. One week later my permanent retainer fell out. The next week, my side to fell out. They blamed it on my gum bleeding and maybe that was the reason why but sometimes this happens its what they said. They then Had to schedule to get to redo my top six and bottom four because they never sent me my plastic retainer and my teeth shifted back out of place so my teeth needed to be redone. Rescheduled it for February 22. They asked if I would like my teeth, the exact same way my previous teeth were, I said yes because I like the way they looked. Then they proceeded to give me completely different teeth. They also shaved my teeth down to nubs. When I asked why they did that they said that they had to make sure that the tooth wrapped around my teeth. Lie. Theres a whole video about minimum shaving in their lobby. When it was time to get my teeth redone there was a whole two hour holdup because they wanted me to again pay for two new retainers , and refused to because my teeth were under warranty and are still under warranty for a year. I should not have to pay and will not pay for anything else because everything that is happening is the fault of theirs. By the time we got that settled we were they were in a rush because I had to catch my flight in a couple hours, I did not get a chance to see the veneers on my teeth like the first time I got to see them and approve them before this time it was rushed and I didnt get to see them in my mouth before the glue was put on because I was rushed to make a decision. I was fed up with the treatment and ready to get it over with and leave. They were not the same shape and style as before. I expressed to them I didnt like them once they were in but they tried to convince me these were better. I returned in may because a gap opened up the front due to faulty retainer. The doctor pushed my gap closed with her hand and now that same tooth just fell out.

    Viewing the response from Billion Dollar smile doesnt surprise me. They are lying about me refusing to wear my night guard. I did refuse to pay because everything that was happening was their fault and they did give me another retainer because they agreed. I still have my last retainer from them and I do still wear it. This is why they cant be trusted. I also refused to have them of all people do any other surgery type work in my mouth when they have dropped the ball so many times previously. Why would I let them cut in my mouth?

    I am rejecting this response because:  The whole experience has been a nightmare and waste of my money and natural teeth. But I do want to close this case because this has not helped in any way. I hope no one else has to go through what I went through.
