Our company was working with Business Capital. That was until they violated their contract with us and (clawed back) withdrew a commission that was paid to us by them. We have email confirmation from them on Monday May 23rd 2022, stating that they had received 3 of 4 payments from the client and that if they did not receive the next payment Thursday May 26hth 2022 they would be shifting the client to Daily payments. On the morning of May 26th, they withdrew the entire commission paid to our company. In the agreement they have with our company signed prior to doing business with them it states that a "written notice" will be provided to the company (our company) 5 days prior to any (clawback) withdraw of funds alerting us to such action. This never happened. What is more troubling is what happened next. As we reached out to Business Capital to communicate the situation to their upper management, we were told by upper management "they don't like loosing money and we can go F^@k ourselves and go *** us!" To say this lacks professionalism is an understatement. To understand it violated the contract they made us sign, and to then instruct us to go *** is I guess a great recommendation. Based on their recommendation this will be the action we are now seeking. We have already spoken with a Law firm willing to take the case pro **** after seeing the contract, and emails related to this. These actions were unacceptable and unprofessional as well as being a direct violation of the agreement. We have all documentation pertaining to this and can make available upon request.

This complaint below is hearsay. It doesnt describe the failures of Lighthouse. That as a broker/ISO there is a fiduciary responsibility to send clients that will pay their agreed upon payments. They didnt share with BBB that they sent three clients in a row that neglected to pay BCP back and that the clients were rapidly in default costing BCP a lot of money. The integrity of a relationship between a ISO/Broker is everything. Having best practices is key to both parties mutually benefiting. BCP has longevity and services its clients year after year. We pride ourselves on directly handling the clients needs. We severed our ties on March 27, 2022.
