There was a kiosk at the *********** in ******, **. Its called Straight Ahead and it sells hair products. I bought it today and it doesnt work. It cost me $425 for everything. I was told if I wasnt happy to come back. On the receipt it says no refunds, exchanges only. Im going to try to go back and get my money back because when I looked up the company online, they arent affiliated with the company that has an online store. Their address was the *************** in **********, **. These companies are selling you cheap products for a lot of money and wont give you a refund. These 2 transactions are what it cost. The company name is different than what it says on the product. These say TNN Beauty Express.Business response

If you are looking for a refund - you will need to contact or go back to the retail location where you bought it from.

On March 10, 2022 a vendor for Straight Ahead at ************** in *********, ** showed me this awesome steam flat iron and how well it works. She offered me a great discounted price of $129.99 and I fell for it! She sold me a different straightener completely! This is not at all what I was told I was purchasing.Business response

Bought this product at bowling green Ky mall the lady was very nice and friendly she showed me how my hair would look straight and then curled which looked great and held even after brushing! Got home and tried to use the one she sold me which was completely different than the one they used. Definitely a scam I got a cheap junkie flat iron for $190.Business response

I purchased a Straight Ahead hot comb on October 23. I'm not pleased with it and cannot get it to do what it is supposed to. I have called numerous times to XXX-XXX-XXXX, Ext. 1, told to send my receipt and picture of item which I did immediately. After many e-mails and phone calls with no response, I finally mailed a letter to management on 11/10/21. Still nothing. The amount was $162.38. If a refund isn't allowed, I would be satisfied with a trade for a regular curling iron.Business response

Last year in October I bought this straightener with warranty a life time warranty. The straight was crappy after 3 months and I emailed for a replacement or money back and never heard anything back.. I brushed it off because I have been busy with life and work but decided that I am tired of companies scamming me and if it says life time warranty then I want the **** warranty to take care of it.. my daughter has tried to give the straightener another shot by using but the plates r burnt the color is burnt, the color of the straightener, the outside of the straightener is black how burnt it is and it was not cheap.. my only regret it that o didn't pursue it after the three months From when I bought but instead waited this long. I have reached out for the third time and they told me to email them pictures of the receipt and the straightener, so I did. Since then have not heard back at all again.Business response

The location where I bought it was at Strongsville Mall in Strongsville Ohio, and now I can not return it because they are never there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want my money back because this is unacceptable, but since the location that sold me this is never there, please exchange this for a better straightener! Start the process!
