    The client contacted us through our website where all our services and policies are specified. First, ***** contacted us by phone and then sent a text message where she purchased a package of 10 massages which were scheduled according to her availability and for the last section, *************** decided to cancel the service since she had decided to return earlier than planned. Since our policies do not offer refunds, we  offered her  several alternatives to use her  last massage such as: rescheduling the appointment very early before her departure, assigning the service to another person or saving it for when her returned for a next visit. as result  The client decides not to take any of the given options.
