      I purchased a car from this company. I was advised the amount for the car was ******. After signing and reviewing the loan from the bank they actually charged me ****** for the car. The financial person who had me sign electronic docs. Never really went over anything with me just kept scrolling pages saying sign here and here. He was going so fast my head was spinning. I then get a call the contract invalid come sign again at this point I'm livid and go back to location. To be told the finance company had screwed up so many things they fired them and hired a new company. Needless to say 6 months later I needed my registration for the car and don't have one. I go through this USB they gave to find it and nothing to be found except contracts to warranties and donations I NEVER knew was add and that I signed. I have a windshield warranty, ************** maintenance warranty, and a donation to a bulling program for scholarships to public schools. In total that tacked on $3761 in miscellaneous things I was never asked about or even asked did I want to donate $105 to a school. Should these items not be asked if you want to purchase them before being random placed in your contract? I feel it is only fear I be refunded that money immediately. I can submit the documents from the contract to prove they was added as well. I feel I was bamboozled into almost $4000 worth of unnecessary warranties and donations to a public school system I was never agreed to because they never even verbally offered them to me before adding them to my contract agreement. Plus I gave them $1000 down payment I feel they should refund me as well for being so false and misleading on this purchase.

      I am absolutely furious about my April 8, 2023 purchase of the *** ********* from Hollywood Kia. From the very beginning, this has been nothing but a disaster. First, the ridiculous upchargesthey squeezed every extra ***** they could out of me with hidden fees and pointless add-ons, making the buying experience feel like a complete rip-off. I should have walked away then, but the real nightmare started after I took the car ******* no time, my ********* started falling apart. From peeling parts to strange noises, its as if this car was never built to last. The most infuriating part of all this is the complete lack of response from both *** and the dealership. Ive called repeatedly to get these issues addressed, but all I get is silence. No callbacks, no solutions, nothing. How is it that I spent this much money on a car and cant even get a response when it starts falling apart? Hollywood Kia and *** corporate clearly have zero interest in standing by their product, and its maddening. Theyve taken my money and left me with a car thats falling to pieces, and they have the nerve to ignore me when I need help. This entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I regret ever stepping foot in that dealership.I am beyond fed up with the constant recalls on my 2023 *** *********. It feels like every few weeks, theres another notification telling me something else is wrong with the vehicle. This is supposed to be a brand-new car, yet its riddled with issues that shouldnt even exist in a modern vehicle, let alone one thats just rolled off the production line. Its absolutely unacceptable to have this many recalls on a vehicle that I trusted to be safe and reliable for my family. I didnt buy a new car to spend my time constantly worrying about whether its going to be in the shop or dealing with the hassle of scheduling repairs.Whats worse is the way *** has handled itor rather, how they havent. Ive received little to no resolve

      Its incredibly frustrating when someone contacts you urgently, but when youre finally able to respond, they dont pick up. It feels disrespectful and inconsiderate, especially when you make the effort to prioritize getting back to them despite your busy schedule. The quickness of their initial contact makes it seem like the issue was important, yet the lack of response when you reach out creates confusion and leaves you feeling like your time and effort arent valued. Its upsetting to be caught in that cycle of waiting for communication, only to be left hanging.

      I purchased a vehicle from *** during the finance portion of the deal the finance manager Added improperly charging me an additional *******. That amount was submitted to the finance company and they purchased the deal for that amount. After addressing the miscalculation with all the finance department and the ** for months all parties involved admitted there was an error made on their part no one has corrected it. I am still being charged that additional money for no reason.

      I agreed to pay the listing price for a van. When I was doing paperwork I was running back and forth to insurance and the paperwork wasnt gone over with me. I realized that I overpaid and called them the next day. The finance woman said she saw I did overpay and she would call me back. I continued to call for 2 weeks without a call back. I went there and spoke to the manager who said he would resolve it and get a check the following week for me. Then he went on to ignore me every time I called. I asked them to cancel the gap contract and warranty and they wont answer or do so. I called **** 5 times today and texted and he finally called me back and cursed me out telling me never to call him again. I just want my contracts cancelled before the 30 day period which is in 3 days and a refund of the money I was overcharged.

      I signed a lease for a new vehicle Kia ****** with a monthly payment of $458.44 (48 months based). Today, nearly 10 days after the lease agreement (and downpayment made), I received a letter with my account number and now requesting $462.76 as monthly payment, same 48 months term. I didn't sign or agree on that amount and there is NO explanation at all about the difference in price.

      I took out an extended warranty on My vehicles that I paid upfront but I did not keep the vehicles to the end of term therefore I am due a refund.*** reached out to the dealership on multiple occasions but they have not I have been very cooperative.After 6 weeks of communicating with ************** was now told to reach out to someone else.

      What started off as a good experience turned out bad. Me, my wife and Kids went to Hollywood KIA September to purchase a 2017 KIA ******** We were told we were approved for financing and were able to leave the lot with the vehicle. 2 months later we were told by ****** the finance employee that we have 24 hours to come up with a new co signer or we have to return the car. I couldn't find a new co signer and I couldn't drop the car off due to work so she then sent a tow truck to pick up the vehicle from in front of my house which was very embarrassing especially when making payments wasn't the issue that caused that. I was promised by ****** via text message that I will receive my 1k deposit back when they were in the process of getting the vehicle back. Now they have the Vehicle back and I have not gotten an answer from ****** about my deposit, it has been more then 2 months. I will continue to write bad reviews on all the platforms (BBB,YELP ******* until this company reimburses back my deposit for a car my family couldn't keep due to ****** being so thirsty to make the sale of vehicle without making sure we were actually approved before we left the dealership. I have went to the dealership on Monday and ****** was not there. Accounting advised me all she has to do is send over some paperwork so they can start the process but she does not respond. This is the first of many reviews that will be submitted.

      Details in which what happened I ******************* had a issue with my vehicle and I took it to my mechanic to have it check out on Wednesday 8, 2023 approximately 8:30am and they did a diagnostic with the machine to find out what it was. So my mechanic stated and said it was a cylinder 2 and thats something he dont usually do so take it to Hollywood Kia called first to see if it a warranty on it. So I **** called Hollywood Kia to see what they say I spoke with the receptionist at the desk and she transferred me to one of the service guy that fix on cars I **** told him that I took my car to my mechanic and he told me that my cylinder 2 which is cords need changing to see if there a warranty on it he told me yes to bring it in. So when I went back to pick up my vehicle I took the next day to Hollywood Kia which where on a Thursday November 9, 2023 and from there they was going to do there on diagnostic to check to see if its the same thing I told them that was wrong with the car. So the next day which were Friday I havent heard anything from them no type of update at all. So on Saturday November 11, 2023 I **** called to find out about an update its like they where giving me the run around I spoke with the receptionist at the desk she transferred me to a guy name ******* who supposed to be my service rep. *** speaking with him he told me I didnt have no warranty on my car for the cylinder 2 I would have to pay out of pocket. I asked how much would it cost he didnt no knowing that he knew everything that was taking place with my car I guess he thought in his mind Im a woman so hes going to try to pull one over on me. He wouldnt communicate with me about my car at all he was beating around the **** I had to leave my job to go straight up there for some answers and when I got he still act like he still didnt know what was going on with my car I had to keep calling til the point they didnt answered my calls. So he sent me a text message stating he sent me the estimate for the long block (engine) assembly on my car now remind why would you send me an estimate on my engine when theres nothing wrong with my engine it is good the only thing I needed for my car to be done is the cylinder cords2 and thats all ****************** trying to get money out of me for something I didnt bring my car there for and the amount he sent me was $6,582.16 and also he was charging me $159.99 an hour but this what he sent me but he couldnt even be honest with me about everything I have prove so I declined the offer and I told **************** was coming to pick up my vehicle and this was on a Wednesday November 15, 2023 and as I approached Hollywood Kia to pick up my car ******* tells me I have to pay $319 dollars for them diagnostic putting the machine on my car to see what was wrong with it. So I had to pay $45 dollars to get my car off there lot and ******* brought my car to me and when I got in my car to back out to leave out the parking my car shut off i couldnt get my car to crank at all I kept trying and trying to crank my car up nothing. I knew I wasnt going crazy I had to go back into the office speaking with the receptionist she had to called ******* back he had left so she told him that I couldnt crank my car he told oh aint no gas in it or maybe the engine is gone. But I knew it was something they did to my car and it was and I have all the proof pictures video and all and remind you I had to called triple AAA to put up my vehicle and take it to my home and it was bad weather pouring down raining and ****************** didnt care about nothing but trying to get money out of me. *** the next taking my kids to school I went out to my vehicle and noticed the front hood was not completely close i open it up and found all my wires taking lose they pull all my fuels out thats why I couldnt crank my car they wanted me to believe my engine was gone so I can spend money to get a knew one I video and took pictures of everything. I had the worst experience in life dealing with ***************** missed handling everything. So I needed so help so assistance because I was treated unfairly and it was wrong he wasnt professional at all. *** I went back to Hollywood Kia to speak with ******* to find out what they did to my car because I drove my car up there to them now its not cranking I even showed him the pictures of what they have done taking everything apart making me think Im crazy he tells me to try to get the car back up there to them so they can check to see what it is when he already knew because he said it was him how went under my hood. So why would you go under my hood and take everything a lose when your not a mechanic what was his aim to get money out of me. Something needs to be done so no one else will experience what Ive gone through. Please I need someone to reach out to me to resolve this issue that it want happened again my number is ************ and also for Hollywood Kia ************

      And one other thing I forgot  to put in my claim. ****************** tried to scam me out of money so he can get paid. trying to charge me for an engine which my engine is good and a matter of fact it seem as though he was trying to hide or cover up something. Because he was trying to be on a hush- hush about everything. The customers service was horrible I went through" HELL" and don't nobody deserve to go through that especially women. I was displeased from the first day until I receive my car.

      I am writing to file a grievance against Hollywood Kia. They fraudulently sold my 73 year old husband, ***********************************, a vehicle using my credit card. He has dementia and is not an authorized user of my credit card and if the **************************** had called me to verify the purchase, I would not have authorized it. I am his power of attorney and he is not capable of making these types of decisions on his own. The Hollywood Kia staff were rude and unprofessional. As mentioned earlier, they ran my credit card, which does not have his name on the account, without contacting me to authorize the purchase. I spoke with the Hollywood Kia financial team to report fraud, but they advised me to call the police on my husband. The Hollywood Kia sales people frequently contacted my husband pressuring him to come to the dealer and buy a vehicle. This issue arose because we were care shopping the week prior and decided to lease a car at Acura. However, due to my husband's dementia, he forgot and was convinced by the Hollywood Kia sales people to buy the vehicle. This is elder abuse since he is 73 year old with dementia on a small pension, and we cannot afford this vehicle. We have consulted an attorney who advised us to report the fraud and elder abuse to the ****************** of Children and Families, ****************** of ******* Safety and Motor Vehicles, and Better Business Bureau. I'm very upset with the situation and we want to return the vehicle! I prefer to handle this directly with ***, but I will pursue legal action if necessary.Sincerely,*******************************

      I purchased a vehicle from Hollywood Kia on 5/8/23. I cancelled the *** contract on 6/16/23. I was informed by ****** at ***** that the refund to my lender must come directly from Hollywood Kia because I cancelled within the first 90 days. I have called Hollywood Kia repeatedly for the status of the refund to my lender and I get dumped into voicemails and no one returns my phone calls. I'm not sure what else to do other than contact the BBB and file a complaint with the ******* ************************** Over 4 months has passed and is more that sufficient for a refund to be processed. My lender has not received any refund from Hollywood Kia.
