I wanted to applaud the efforts of the FSR team employed at IMAGES Condominiums in Kissimmee, FL. They helped lead a multi-month project to full closure with confidence and alacrity. I agree with the previous post from ************** The management at Images Condominium is horrendous and the manager, *************************** should be fired. It is difficult to contact her and when you do she has a really bad attitude. A few examples of how poor the community... The Images sign in front of the community was removed 3 months ago and never replaced. She removed the basketball court, Cars are being stolen because there is no security. When you ask her about this she says we don't have the money, but every year the *** is increase over $100. The *** for a 3 bedroom is over $800 per month which is ridiculous and the highest in all of Kissimmee Florida. She gives herself a raise every year and puts it in the Images budget. All this can be easily verified, if anyone thinks I'm lying. Owners need to unite and sue *** and the board for hiring such an incompetent manager.FirstService Residential Florida, Inc. Response

FirstService is working with your association to address the signage issue mentioned in your review. I live in a condominium building that is managed by First Service Residential (FSR). I have had several issues with them from the beginning of the time I have lived here and all the problems stem from them not being willing or able to address concerns with me. I have called them repeatedly and not gotten returned calls. I have emailed them and not gotten responses. I have stopped by their local office and was not able to see a manager (***********************************) since he "...works from home 90% of the time.". I left a message for him there and he never called me. The only times I have gotten a response from him over the latest issue I have had in the building, he emailed me to say things that did not address my issue nor, the issue of not responding to me. I went over his head to someone named ***************************** and emailed her with my problems and got no response from her either.This company has constant complaints from other residents in my building citing the same issue of non-responsiveness. FSR is a terrible management company - from not responding to work requests that are submitted online (in my case resulting in a long and unnecessary delay in the work beginning) to being unwilling to address a legitimate concern from me about an issue in the building with another resident.FirstService Residential Florida, Inc. We've been advised that you spoke with the community association manager about your concerns several times and members of the board of directors have tried to speak with you as well. The regional director that oversees this property reached out to you two weeks ago and left you a voicemail, but has not received a return phone call. I think that people like to be babysitting. Property Management company deal with hundreds, or even thousands of residents. Most of us know the awnser to our questions.Just read the Condo documents! Why is it so difficult to get a straight answer from these people that answer the phone at First Service Res. (The rep would not let me speak to a manager today) The system doesn’t come up. I’m still waiting for my $170 credit balance refund to be sent out. Does it really take 4 to 6 weeks?FirstService Residential Florida, Inc. Response

Mr. ****** contacted FirstService to request a refund which is being processed and sent to him. Terrible company.. Nothing but trouble since our HOA approved First Residential. Billed several owners that were on auto pay late fees and penalties due to change of banks. They refused to refund the above. No one answers phone. Left messages,no call back. Get a lot of BS when visiting office. Refuse me reimbursement for emergency work done over a weekend for clogged Building AC condensation drain line. .Can continue on and onFirstService Residential Florida, Inc. Response

We are committed to our customers, association board members, communities, and residents. FirstService Residential takes direction from the association’s board of directors, which includes maintenance issues. In this instance, rather than notifying the association of the maintenance issue and filing a work order request so the association could handle the repair, the residents reached out directly to a vendor and handled the repair themselves. The board of directors has determined not to reimburse the residents.
