      This company does not allow HOA Boards to view all bank accounts. The billing issues are constant. The CAM likes to say Not My Job. If I could give a 0 I would

      If I could rate it zero stars, I would. This company has missed payments (to the point that our internet was threatened to be turned off), hired uninsured maintenance companies under fake contracts, has no sense of urgency will issues happen. I have zero access to my community because my key FOB has been broken for six months and they refuse to do anything but lie to me about the issues. As someone who has to be in and out of my own home 6+ times a day, its extremely frustrating that I have to rely on luck to get home. Its made me HATE where I live. Our HOA chose this company 10 months ago and I havent seen a good thing from them since. It truly ***** that theyve destroyed my happy place and made a miserable living experience so quickly. Also, they ignore any threats of law suits and do not adhere to the written law!

      This company collects my Condo Association's monthly maintenance fees. It frequently makes mistakes and is impossible to communicate with. For e.g., it sent me a notice that I had not paid the monthly fee for three months for a condo that I had sold three months previously. It never responded to my efforts by phone and email to reach a human being to ask to correct their records and rescind the notice of default. I have also heard similar complaints from other residents of my Condominium building.

      On February 23, 2025, I sent First Service Residential Florida two checks for payment of an assessment. One was for a payment due April 1, 2025 and another one for a payment due July 1, 2025. On March 6, 2025 I called First Service at the number listed on their payment book. I wasn't informed that I was being routed to a company called *********. After being on hold with Quick Pay for thirteen minutes I spoke with **** who again put me on hold and accidently disconnected the call. She called back, explained that she wasn't with First Service and that she was with Quick Pay. She said they didn't have a record of receiving the payments from First Service and suggested that I call First Service directly. She then gave me the same phone number I'd just called. I explained that I'd just called that number and she couldn't answer why I was routed to Quick Pay and not speaking with First Service. The First Service system is laughable and they should be embarrassed by their lack of professionalism. I still don't know if they've received my payments.

      I am a resident living in a condominium. Our condo Board signed a contract with this company in October, 2024. It has been a nightmare. As a resident they have had my quarterly check for one month! They have no idea where it is. They even sent me a picture of the check that it was in their possession. Still hasnt posted in my checking account. They sent it to ***** then ********* and still nothing. Property Manager said she would get back to me yesterday. Nothing today. The Property Manager was supposed to be full time in our building. 5 days/week/8hours/day. She may show up once or twice a week. If you have an emergency on the weekend forget about getting a response for at least 5-6 hours. The call goes to a ***** number and then who knows where it goes from there. Please, Please do not hire this company. They deserve - stars. I had to select 1 star but that is way better than what they deserve.

      Worst place Ive ever worked. Ive never felt so discriminated and bullied in a workplace had to do a sexual-harassment for the residence after I told the office that this lady keeps coming on in the towel and nothing was done. I was told to go back in there. been trying to get a hold of HR. No reply told the property I had back surgery they wouldnt accommodate they force me out ask me to sign some papers, and if I didnt sign, they were going to call the police

      I went to one of your properties by the name of coco parc on saturday and spoke to a very nice man by the name *****. I i proceed to explain to him that I'm looking for a new home from my mother. Which then he informed me, that the office was closed but he can give me a tour of the exterior of the property. Which by the way is very beautiful, and well maintained. I went in today and spoke with ******** and ******* who both made me feel welcomed. As we were getting ready to leave i also was introduced to two of the maintenance employees ****** and ****** very nice gentlemen. Overall, I'll I got to say yes, you have a beautiful property, and well professional staff.

      I own a property in ********** they took it over in January I thought i was paying through my auto pay they let me know in **vember the auto pay didn't transfer and give me all these fees. If you are on any board for hoa don't get this company now I owe 2600. Since Jan. ** ************ should run like this this was a set up to charge more fees they never called me mailed or emailed for 11 months. They had all my info.

      First Service Residential took over the management of my community less than a year ago. This company doesnt even deserve a one-star review. I am disgusted with the customer ********************** provided or lack thereof. The company has a Customer ********************** Center that is open 24 hours a day. However, they are not able to answer any questions and their only function is to refer inquiries to the property manager via email only. After sending the property manager, ******* *********, three follow-up emails, regarding a $436 bill for other fees. His response was "I don't have time for your nonsense". As I communicated to *******, I have no prior communication from HOA about any violation (none listed on my web profile portal) but I am getting a bill for other fees and no explanation. I contact the property manager on 9/23/24 and still no response. So, I proceeded to contact his supervisor, ******* *******, on 10/3/24 after his rude response. and then again on 10/15/24, and still no response from either of these people. So, Last week, I contacted the Customer ********************** Center again asking who could provide details of this bill, and the *** stated that they could only submit a ticket. It's been almost six weeks, and still no response. This management company has the authority to issue bills with no supporting documentation and charge 18% interest with no accountability or due process. This company has been allowed to create a system that limits contact with customers that they are paid to support, and they are allowed to punish their customers by charging 18% interest (I have accrued another $50 interest charge since I received the letter) and no accountability for a timely response. I have lived in an ************* for the past 19 years and it is my first time experiencing such treatment and disrespect. I am flabbergasted about this whole experience. How is this legal? What options do homeowners have?
