    They are the best roofing company I have ever had the privilege to work with. We got a new roof in January. We were very pleased with each and everyone we worked with.Everyone from the Salesman A.J. to the lovely ladies in the office.*****,*** and Joelize were extremely patient, understanding, kind and hand holding.Everyone was professional, polite, prompt and so very helpful.The installation went smoothly and quickly. The installers were polite quick and clean. **** Johnston is currently installing a roof for my neighbors house. Under normal circumstances this would be loud and inconvenient. However, the installers remembered me and have worked so politely to ensure that the neighbors are not inconvenienced.If you are looking for a new roof this is the company to hire. Thank you **** Johnston for my beautiful roof.

    The flat roof over our back porch had a leak so we called **** Johnston Roofing. They had put on that flat roof some years back, as well as the newer tile roof on our house. We were concerned that some of the tiles might be damaged in the process, but had good news all around. Turned out we just needed a repair on the flat roof in one area, the flat roof still has life left in it, and the tile roof was not damaged during the repair. We were very pleased!

    **** *. Johnston Roofing was highly recommended, and they certainly filled those shoes. **** came to do an estimate and was truly professional, super knowledgeable, and definitely customer service oriented. The roof replacement took less than a month and this happened during the holidays, 2024. The office personnel always kept me appraised of status and the working crews were always on time. The final inspector told me the Company did a GREAT job. ********** recommend **** *. Johnston Roofing.

    I'M A LONG-TIME CUSTOMER OF EARL JOHNSTON ROOFING, RECENTLY I HAD A NEW ROOF PUT ON MY HOUSE, AND I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE ENTIRE PROCESS, FROM MEETING WITH MIKE THE SALESMAN, WHO EXPLAINED THE PROCESS AND HELPED ME PICK OUT THE PROPER COLOR SINGLE THAT COMPLEMENTED MY HOUSE COLOR. I WAS MOST IMPRESSED WITH THE CREW THAT SHOWED UP ON TIME, EVERYONE KNEW WHAT THEIR JOB WAS AND WENT TO WORK, BY 4P.M MY OLD ROOF WAS OFF AND A NEW ROOF WAS SECURE IF ANY RAIN CAME IT WAS PROTECTED. THE NEXT DAY MY SINGLE WAS DELIVERED AS PROMISED, THE DAY AFTER THAT IT WAS INSTALLED AND THE FINAL INSPECTION WAS DONE. JOB COMPLETED ON TIME AND COMPLETED TO MY SATISFACTION. I RECOMMEND EARL JOHSTON ROOFING TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A NEW ROOF OR REPAIRS

    This is absolutely one of the best companies I have dealt with. I have been a customer more than ten years. I have never been disappointed. When I have a problem I ask to have **** come out to assess the problem. The workers are fantastic. There are no shortcuts. They are professional.I like this company because they are not heavy into commercials. Their work speaks for itself!!

    Johnston Roofing did a grate job replacing my roof. The quality and workmanship that the teardown and ***************** was excellent . During the selection process of the type of roofing materials, **** with Johnston Roofing was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful .

    With the exception of getting the permit, my dealing with **** Johnston Roofing was a good one. They informed me of when they coming and what they would be done that day. The first day they came in a timely manner. They worked efficiently and completed their work on the flat roof with no problems or excuses. I was informed that the shingles were coming the next day. They came the next day and were placed on the roof. I was told that the shingles were to be installed the next day. The shingles were installed the next day and someone from the company inspected the work that day. The next day I was greeted by someone from the company on site that the inspector was coming and sign off on the job. The inspector came that day and signed the permit completing the job. As you can see, I stayed informed and **** Johnston Roofing kept their word. I would recommend **** Johnston Roofing my friends and neighbors.

    I am a semi-retired engineer that has years of experience with contractors. Johnston Roofing came highly recommended by a fellow engineer and they certainly met if not exceeded our expectations. They didn't show up with three or four employees like other roofers in ************* but showed up with a team of roofers that accomplished more in one day than would require several days by other contractors. They passed every required building permit inspect on the first inspection. I don't think there is any way they could have completed the re-roofing any faster considering the building permit inspections that are required for reroofing. They kept us well informed of all the scheduled activity once the reroofing was permitted. They sent an unbelievable single day stripping the original roof in one day and by the time they left, the dumpster was gone and you would never know that they had been there except the first layer of waterproofing had been applied to the roof. We are not easily impressed but Johnston Roofing certainly impressed us.
