      SPARKLING TIRES . Unfortunately there is no other recourse to post this unprofessional behavior from this Buisness mind you she is the actual owner and this is how she treats her customers ..disrespectful unprofessional rude nasty and without a doubt evil. My husband comes in with a pinhole in his tire unfortunately it was on the side wall employee looked to see if they had stock in that tire and they didnt he told me he can out a plug but it is not recommended which we completely understand but it was the only way for me to go to another tire shop to find a tire her employees plugged it. She blasted her employee mistreating him as you can see In the video. And further went ahead and yanked the patch causing a bigger hole then how my husband arrived they mounted the tire back on my husband trailer and stripped a lug nut and told him its my problem. this is how this owner runs her Buisness In which I strongly do not recommend. At all. Left us with a flat tire and said your problem . ***************************************************************** Now I have to replace lugs at my cost since they damaged them

      Hello,

      Customer came to the business with a nail already on the tire. The part where the nail was located could not be repaired. Customer asked for a plug on the tire so that he can get home but when the manager saw the cameras, I, ***********************, came out to check on the situation and told my employee to not repair the tire as it was a heavy vehicle with a bunch of debris loaded onto it and can cause an accident if the vehicle's tire popped while driving. We offered to sell an used tire and replace the old tire but the customer refused the service and kept forcing us to put a plug which we will not do as it is illegally to repair a tire when it cannot be repaired. Customer kept insulting me with curse words, harassing my employees, threatening violence, and called the police on us. The police came and asked me why I did not fix the tire and I explained to them that I am not able to repair the tire where the damage was because it was illegally in the damaged area of the tire. Customer was asked by the police to leave the business.
