    I order two sets of scrubs online for school, and I contacted the company through ?WhatsApp to ensure that I will get the proper embroidery done and the color. They told me that it can be done after when receive scrubs they were the wrong size and the logo wasnt done properly, so I proceeded to request my money back or for them to send me the right color, Logo of scrubs receive any respond right away after I called the customer service. The lady proceeded to tell me that it was my fault and that that is the right color and I told I explain to her that I had sent her pictures of the scrubs for color and I have also sent the picture of the logo. It was had to be done and that is not what I received and I wanted a refund or for them to do them over and send them to me. She said that it was my mistake and that they couldnt accommodate me. She only offer me to send me a patch to sew into the scrubs and I told her that that is not what I paid for , nobody wants to be wearing a patch. Its not like its in the body was done in the right area can only be done if it was the pocket of the shirt.

    The customer only asked us on WhatsApp whether the pictured logo can be embroidered and we responded that it can be done. We also informed the customer that she needs to select the logo embroidery option while placing the order online. However, the customer did not follow our instructions and instead of selecting the logo embroidery option, selected the text embroidery option and also mentioned the text in the Text Lines 1 and 2 and also selected the embroidery thread color and embroidery writing style. Therefore, what the customer mentioned in the text lines was embroidered as per her instructions. 
    Please ask the customer why she did not select the logo embroidery option when she had been instructed to do so?
    Although it is the customers mistake, we have still offered to send her the logo patches, free of cost, which can easily be pasted on the items with the help of iron.
    Moreover, please let us know how the scrubs are the wrong size?
    Also, what is wrong with the color as the customer has ordered and received our Dark Royal / Galaxy Blue color.

    Please note that the customer has received our Dark Royal / Galaxy Blue color. We have been selling this color on our website for many years and no one has complained except for this customer. 

    On WhatsApp, the customer had only inquired about logo embroidery and not the color of the uniforms. Please see attached WhatsApp conversation with the customer. 

    The customers logo was not embroidered  because instead of selecting the logo embroidery option, the customer selected the text embroidery option and also mentioned the text in Text Lines 1 and 2 and also selected the embroidery thread color and embroidery writing style. Therefore, what the customer mentioned in the text lines was embroidered. Please ask the customer how we can embroider the logo when the customer selected Text Embroidery and also filled the details for text embroidery?
    Please ask the customer why she did not select the logo embroidery option when she had been instructed to do so?

    My assistant spoke to a man and asked can the order be delivered by the 24th. He said yes and placed the order. A whole week went by and nothing was sent out. We requested a refund and my assistant was called a liar that she spoke to a man and placed the order even though there's an order number. Now the company wants to take money from us for canceling the order.

    The customer has selected regular shipping as per which Normally Regular orders are Dispatched in 1-7 b.days and courier delivers in 4-7 b.days. The customer placed her order on February 15th so February 23rd (Friday) was the 6th business day. So we are well within our delivery timeline.
    The customers order has already been forwarded for dispatch and the **** label has already been created and we will now be trying our level best so that it can be stopped from going out so that it can be canceled as per our cancellation policy posted on our website under icon, Ship and Returns and also under the Terms and Conditions on the checkout page without accepting which the customer cannot submit the order. 
    Finally, the customer has wrongly accused that her assistant talked to a man who placed the order for her. This is completely incorrect. Please find attached our call logs which clearly show that the customer had never called before February 23rd.

    I placed an order for 2 pairs of scrubs plus top embroidery for $40.19 on 8/21 around 10 am. Roughly two hours later my credit card was marked for potential fraud and closed by my bank. RMF scrubs reached out on 8/22 and asked for me to verify my purchase by sending them a picture of my credit card. As my card had been closed, I had cut it up and disposed of it since I could no longer use it, so I could not send them my credit card photo for verification and the request seemed odd and potentially scammy. When I refused, RMF Scrubs again asked me to send them a picture of my credit card statement showing the transaction had gone through. As my card account had been closed and locked by my bank (and paid off the day prior), I could not see where the transaction was marked on my account and therefore could not send it to them until the billing cycle had ended and my statement was posted. The company again refused to send me the scrubs stating that because my shipping address was different than my billing address (i am away at school) that they would not ship to my current address. When asked for a refund if they would not ship to my address they refused, stating that they would only ship them to my permanent address. No one will be at my permanent address when they will be delivered, which I notified the company of. They again refused to ship to the stated address and refused a refund. Company seems to be scamming me and will not ship to the stated address and will not refund my purchase due to the "customization" of the scrub tops.

    The customer has placed an order with us in which the billing address is different from the shipping address. In order to make sure that this is not an unauthorized transaction we need to make sure that the cardholder authorizes this transaction or that the customer is the cardholder. In order to do so, the customer can provide us with any proof verifying that the card belongs to her and not to someone else. 
    Since this is a personalized / embroidered order, therefore, as per our cancellation policy posted on our website under icon, Ship and Returns, it cannot be cancelled and refunded because it has already been personalized with the customers required text embroidery.
    If the customer is unable to provide us with any proof that the card belongs to her then we will have no choice but to ship to her billing address (**********************************************************************************).

    I ordered 40 set of uniforms with embroidery services with RMF scrubs company back in April. I spoke with a woman at the company who confirmed the different types of embroidery, the uniform quantity and quality than I proceeded with the payment. Few weeks later once I received the uniforms not only theres no embroidery installed and the materials were terrible, completely false advertisement. RMF charged my card for 125 uniforms set that I didnt receive in the amount of *******( each uniform were $9.99) I tried to resolve this issue with them but it was unsuccessful. I offer to return the uniforms but RMF wants me to pay $667 for the return label. Im kindly asking for your assistance to resolve this issue. Although this company is using a ******* address but theyre not in the **. There are out of ********. Thank you in advance for your understanding and looking forward to hear from you.

    The customer had ordered 125 sets which were shipped in two shipments each containing two cartons (so total cartons shipped were 4).  3 cartons were delivered on 6th April and 1 carton was delivered on 7th April.  We received an email from the customer on 6th April 2023, stating that the logo was missing on the items. We checked and found out that as the customer placed the order without embroidery on the website and at the time of making payment (through a payment request sent to her), she informed the customer representative to add logo price in the payment request as well and paid it, but somehow the logo embroidery/print was missed in the order and as per our policy mentioned on our website under icon, Ship & Returns, If the items are received without alterations/changes/personalizations then the extra charge for that service will be refunded. As such the amount of $258 for the logo embroidery/print was refunded to the customer on April 11th, 2023. On April 12th, the customer sent us an email informing us "uniforms we received are very poor quality so different from the picture on your website and advertise", in reply on  April 13th we asked  "We will really appreciate if you could please elaborate how the uniforms are of poor quality and different from the picture on our website." 4 repeated requests were emailed on April 13th, April 14th, May 11th and May 12th, however, till now, we have still not received any response and pictures from the customer stating and/or showing how she is claiming that the quality is poor and different from the pictures on our website. 
    According to our return/exchange policy posted on our website under the icon Ship & Returns and also under the Terms & Conditions on the checkout page, without accepting which the customer cannot submit the order, both clearly state that:
    1. All merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt of order mentioning RMA number. The Customer received the goods on April 6th and April 7th. On May 5th through the dispute notification (that is after 28 days of receiving the order), we came to know that the customer would like to return the products so on May 11th we sent an email to the customer enquiring about return.  On the same day (May 11th) she replied that yes she wants to return, that is after 34 days of receiving the order, which exceeds our return time frame by 19 days.
    2. In order to provide same shade in bigger orders we have made special arrangements to place personalized orders (made to order) with our vendors overseas.... personalized items are non returnable, non exchangeable and non refundable, no matter what the reason is . Therefore, the customers order is non-returnable as per our return policy. This was informed to her in the email of 11th May.
    However, still we have taken special approval from our management to allow the customer to return the items according to our return policy posted on our website under the icon Ship & Returns which very clearly states that the customer will have to send the products on his/her own through signature confirmation courier. Although the customers order was shipped directly from our vendor, still we have taken special approval that she returns this order to our *** address. Restocking fee will be charged @ US $3.5 for first item and US $2.00 for each additional item so restocking fee comes to $251.50. Freight will be charged @ 25% of the order amount which comes to $307.18 and payment method surcharge of $43.75 is non-refundable so return cost comes to $602.43.  As her order amount is $1272.5, the amount refunded will be $670.07 upon receiving unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. The return cost has been informed to the customer in the email but the customer has refused to accept the return charges and refused to send the products on her own.

I tried to explain to the lady that *** had charged my credit card in the amount of $301.75 for embroidery services to which they didn't provide and needed a full refund. I also brought to her attention that I was charged for more uniforms that I didn't order or received.  Since *** didn't want to resolve this issue.  I contacted the credit card company for assistance. *** has provided false evidence to the bank, and I was left to resolve this issue with them. 

    Attached, you will find the exchange emails between myself and ********* company and picture of a tear uniform set. I was never provided with an address in the *** to return the unforms. Few days after I received the package, I told *** that I wanted to return the uniforms. The scrubs are very poor quality, they tear easily contrary than advertise. Please provide me with the US address so that I can return the uniforms.

    I attached all the evidence proving that I tried to return the uniforms to the company, but they  ************ is scamminOn March 22,2023, I received an invoice via email from ********* in the amount of *******. I immediately called the *** company to clarify such difference in price, I was told by a lady at that time the company charge for shipping handling and credit card processing fee. On March 24th, I received another invoice via email in the amount of $1228.75. I called the company, but it was unsuccessful, I left multiple voicemail messages, but no one has returned my calls. On April 5th, 2023, I reached out to *** via email to get an update on the order, I was provided with a wrong tracking number. I tried calling them, but no one answered, I left a message. April 6th, I contacted the company via email to inform them the school log/ embroidery to the uniforms were missing. April 11th, I received a call back from a woman who stated the company agreed to credit me only $258. I tried to explain to the lady that *** had charged my credit card in the amount of $301.75 for embroidery services to which they didn't provide and requested a full refund.     This is for your kind information that this is the first time that you have sent us the picture of tear uniform after using it for almost 4 months. Although according to our policy posted on our website under icon Ship and Return, No claims whatsoever will be entertained after passing of one month. even then we are still standing behind our product and will be working with you to try to resolve this issue. For this issue, we have sent you a separate email so that things related to this can be elaborately discussed there. Please respond to the email on an urgent basis. .

    I realize that Im not the only one having issues with your company. I failed to read the reviews before ordering the uniforms. As you are aware ******* was handling this matter back on April 12th,2023 and had issue my company with a full credit on May 5th,2023 after sending pictures and evidence to the bank. It was not until June 29th, I found it all the lies and the fraudulent information your company submitted to the bank.   Anyways to answer your question, the school is not required to obtain the students hip measurements but the students' size. However, the student who was wearing the uniform weight 130lbs, 55, she is a size small. The uniform was very loose on her, it was very humiliating for her and me as a school representative to observe the uniform pant tear on the student while was providing care to a male patient in the hospital. All I need is your US address to return the uniforms. The quality of the uniforms is really bad, and they tear easily. I made a terrible mistake ordering the uniforms from your company.

    I ordered scrub tops from the company in April. The payment was processed on 4/29/23. I was advised via email that normal delivery was ***** business days. As the anticipated delivery date **** near, and I had no shipping information I made outreach to the company. I received a response that shipping information would be forwarded soon. A few days later, and after another outreach attempt, I was provided shipping information. When tracked, all I can see it that a label was generated, I still have no real tracking data to determine if the order actually shipped. I made outreach to the company and am now being told shipping could take up to 19 business days. This was not a special order. No where in any of the email exchanges was this ever mentioned. I needed this order this week. Company responses are now more delayed. I am at day 17 and I don't anticipate that I will receive the order by the 19th.

    The item has been delivered however consumers need to be aware that the company did not honor their delivery time and then stated that it was the sizing of the product that caused the delay. That is ridiculous.  It is also important to note that while initially being very responsive,  when there were problems the responses were far less frequent until I mentioned the BBB. Nevertheless, our business transaction is complete. I have the product now, I won't need this type of item in the foreseeable future.

    Order placed 3/27/2023 No shipment info as of 4/9/2023 Company website states : Normally Rush orders are Dispatched in 1-4 b.days, and courier delivers in 4-6 days, against upcharge of $8 for complete order. .Normally Regular orders are Dispatched in 1-7 b.days and courier delivers in 4-7 b.days.Embroidered/Altered/Screen Printed/Customized items may take 1 to 5 B days more.**Order was for non embroidered/ unaltered scrub item. Reg normal shipment dates to be expected. Company had yet to get tracking info/mailed package ( meaning past their stated terms).Emailed multiple times with no response. Chatted with rep twice online. Request again for cancellation of order due to misrepresenting online shipment timeline and failure to communicate reasonably through email.Rep claimed a different date of when order was placed. Until confronted with invoice and advised they are late in getting tracking information/sending with courier. Multiple emails sent to Cancel order and rep in chat was advised to Cancel order due to misrepresentation of shipment details listed.

    The customer selected the bank transfer option to pay while placing order # ****** on our website on 26 March 2023. However, the next day she paid for it through her debit/credit card, hence the order was successfully placed on 27th Mar. Payment proof showing the date of payment is attached.
    Moreover, please find attached the customers order receipt in which the customer altered (decreased) the length of the skirt. As per our shipping time posted on our website under icon, Ship and Returns, Normally Regular orders are Dispatched in 1-7 b.days and courier delivers in 4-7 b.days. Embroidered/Altered/Screen Printed/Customized items may take 1 to 5 B days more. 
    Meaning a maximum of 19 B days for delivery of altered/personalized items. Today (10-April) is the 10th B day and the customer will receive her order this week through **** which is well within the stipulated time posted on our website.
    Moreover, this order is non-cancelable because as per our policy mentioned on our website under icon, Ship and Returns, Altered/Personalized items cannot be canceled.

    Wrong tracking number was given just to make seen like they shipped.  A single item does not need two packages weighing 22kg (**** pounds) Being delivered to ************* ** (I live in **).  RMF Scrubs are trying to cover their tracks and scam customers. Its ridiculous!

    The customer had sent multiple emails during the weekend and by mistake in response to one of those emails, a wrong tracking # was emailed. However, in the next email on the same day, the customer was correctly informed when she will be receiving her order. Even in the email sent today, she has been informed to please disregard that email in which by mistake a wrong tracking # was provided.

    The company continue to send emails that appear to have incorrect or no info in message portion to mislead customers.  The latest was a blank message from them.   I have since filed a despite with my bank and wish to no longer be contacted by RMF Scrubs for failure to be reputable company and provide adequate shipping time

    Please note that the customer was emailed the tracking details; it was not a blank email (Please see attached). It mentioned the customer's order # and the **** tracking number in the subject to inform the customer of the **** tracking number.

    The order has been successfully delivered to the customer on April 17, 2023, 5:25 pm.
