      This business is very dishonest. Ive paid them ****** in car payments and they have illegally repossessed my vehicle after I sent it in for repairs. After speaking to the financial manager who refused to tell me where my vehicle is located. They have I given me the run around and even after finding my car payments are up to date.

      Please be advised Ms. ******* vehicle was never repossessed nor in jeopardy of repossession. We acknowledge the payment of $10, 000 on 3/21/2023 , ($9975.36  went towards her principal payment while $24.64 went towards the interest that was due at that time). Due to the nature of a Simple Interest ***** Ms. ******* account is showing a past due balance of the interest that has accumulated daily since her last payment, in which we are now working closely with **************** to bring her up-to-date.  Her vehicle was in need of repairs, in which we fixed and **************** will be picking vehicle up on Friday 12/1 or Monday 12/4. She advised us she would be communicating with your agency to clarify and close the complaint.

      I purchased a vehicle from this dealer ship.The vehicle turned out to be no good, been waiting for over a week to get it fixed.The vehicle was unsafe to drive.One of the tires was nearly coming off.The oil hadn't been changed.No type of maintenance was given to the car. The battery was dead at purchase the employee had to jump start the car.

      I financed a car from nice car 2 month ago 2019 Chrysler 300 about a month later the transmission was causing problems they told me they would repair it , they said the car has warranty for up to 1 year . I drop the car off they had it for 2 days and said it was fixed which it should take more than 2 days to switch out a transmission. I picked the car up and it was still causing the same issues, I told them , now today 0ct 5 *********************************************************** gear the guy who towed the car gave me a call he work for nice cars he said he seen this car in the shop multiple of times with the same transmission problems . The transmission had to never been fixed if its the same problem . I speak to **** every time , someone in the office now says the car warranty is up and I have to pay to replace the transmission.my car payments is almost $500 every 2 weeks and I make my payments on time . I also ask for a trade In because the car keep causing me problems and they said I can not trade in because it is a buy here pay here . I need a resolution to this because I put my money down and made my payments now Im out of a car unless I pay for a new transmission and I didnt even have the car for a whole 3 months yet , no one can even get me in contact with the proper owner of the business to seek help. This is ridiculous and a total scam. I need a replacement trade in or my car to be fixed under warranty

      Customer came to our facility on 7/6/22 entering into contract with Nice Car *** upon purchasing a vehicle. The vehicle was experiencing mechanical issues of which were repaired at no cost to ************. ********* accusations are invalid. The transmission is covered for a year under our warranty program, meaning he would not have to pay,  and the vehicle had not been repaired for the same issue prior to him taking ownership.  **** further claimed the vehicle was not fixed properly but yet failed to bring car in for further diagnosis/repair.  During this time he allowed his contract to go into default by not making the scheduled payments in a timely manner which resulted in a repossession. We honored our warranty and repaired the vehicle but it was the lack of payment that forced said vehicle into being repossessed.
