    Business evicted us with the police present just because we were younger guests on vacation. They harassed us, and refused refund and this moment has scared my friends and I for life

    On 07/06/2024, my family and I checked into **************, a property managed by A Paradise Vacation Rentals and ************ Our stay was significantly marred by numerous issues, primarily involving the inoperability of the washer, an amenity critical for our family, especially with young children.Key Issues:Inoperable Washer:Reported malfunction on July 7 at 3:40 PM.Promised repair by 12 PM on July 8, but the technician arrived late and confirmed the washer needed replacement.Replacement washer delivered on July 10 was defective.Washer removed on July 17 but not replaced before our checkout on July 20.Unclean Conditions:Unclean bedding and bathrooms.Dust and debris under beds and on toilet bases.Safety Concerns:Malfunctioning smoke detector.Inadequate Air Circulation:Bedrooms had poor air circulation, making them uncomfortable.Contractual Obligations:According to the rental agreement, A Paradise Vacation Rentals committed to expediting repairs for any malfunctioning equipment. Despite this, the delays and provision of a defective replacement washer did not align with their commitment. The agreement stated:In the event of equipment malfunction within a rental property, A Paradise Vacation Rentals will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. Any maintenance items should be reported to A Paradise Vacation Rentals as soon as possible and may require vendors outside of A Paradise Vacation Rentals to repair and/or replace equipment. No rent adjustments can be made for circumstances beyond our control or for malfunction or loss of use of equipment, amenities, or nearby construction.Response from Management:Despite my detailed communication and request for a partial refund due to these significant issues, the management's response was unsatisfactory, and my request was ignored. The lack of effective customer service and commitment to resolving our issues has been extremely disappointing.
