Company offers 1 year warranty on the product install and labor. I currently have 4 lights not working. Contacted the company and they gave me an appointment to replace the lights and never showed up. Contact them again and they gave me another appointment which again never showed up. Now Im trying to contact them and they just simply dont answer and my problem has not been resolve. I just want the warranty to be honored and have my lights replaced. From the day of the installation was December 9 of 2023. First date of contact with the company was on September 7 2024 which is still within the year warranty.Customer Answer

Company came over to review the issue and it was resolve. Lights were not working due to other work done in the house and they got damage. Nothing to do with warranty under the company. Problem was resolve. I would like to remove the complain.Initial Complaint

I hired RM Lighting and More to install lit up house numbers for my house. They requested a $100 deposite in order to secure the appointment. They never showed up to the appointment and are not answering my calls/messages.Customer Answer

RM lighting was used to do my exterior lighting. They came and collected over 40 exterior lights and 20 interior lights. We've been having electrical problems and now are left without power. I have called and left messages. They schedule a date and never showed up or called.Initial Complaint

I had landscaping lighting installed June 2022 by RM LIGHTING but the lights havent worked properly since they were installed. The company had 7 of the 9 lights replaced but some of lights are still not working properly. Also there are 2 of the original lights that stopped working and I had asked for a replacement but no response to date. Ive called, texted and reached RM LIGHTING via social media but no response to my request. My neighbor who also used them mentioned that she experienced a similar situation and further stated that there is a safety hazard with the way in which RM LIGHTING did the install at their home which happens to have been the same method of install used at my home.Customer Answer

On June 3, 2022, I paid $1,883.20 to R & M ***************************** to have 9 landscape lights installed. Ever since day one, the product quality has been awful. Currently, we have several lights that arent working and R & M ***************************** has failed to show up to two mutually agreed upon appointments set for December 18, 2023 and January 4, **** nor did they call in advance to notify me of their intentions to no show. I am quite disappointed with their lack of professionalism and at this point, I am formally asking that they honor my warranty repair request. Otherwise, I will be forced to file in small claims court. I AM BEYOND DISSATISFIED WITH THEIR LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE PRACTICE.Initial Complaint

September 2022. I hired this company company to install indoor/outdoor lights and 8 security cameras. I paid $3000 for camera system. Once the cameras were installed I was supposed to be able to access them from my mobile device and/or my home television. Camera system has been installed. However they are non functioning. This company has not completed In installation work They made several appointments to come and back and complete the job. However they have been no call no show. They have stop answering my calls and they gave responding to my tact message. I have resulted to calling and texting from different numbers. Once the realize its me . On April 5th I paid this company $1,550 to install 7 landscape lights in my back yard. From day one the lights were not properly working and owner was advised of this. I have been reaching out to them for months as they have a warranty for 5 years to come fix my lights. In august they finally started to reply and advised that they would come out to check what the issue was.. never showed up. Finally came out in Sep fixed the light and the following day two additional lights were broken. A week later there was a circuit issue and my house almost caught fire. After numerous calls and texts they finally came out to check and said it was a 2 person job and they would come back the following week to repair the lights. Its been another three weeks and now they are not answering my calls or texts. This company is a complete scam! Horrible service, customer service and very poor quality! Not sure if their team that they pay cash are certified electricians. I checked on Yelp and looks like they have scammed multiple customers at this point as they all have similar experiences as me. Please help me recover the $1,550 I will need to find another company to repair my lights.
