    This attorney ***** ABOLSKY MISGUIDED MISINFORMED AND FAILED TO PROVIDE DUTY and took payment for a case. He knows he cant represent in the state of ********** he had me send $500 dollars stating he can represent ******* couldnt .when court started the judge made it clear he new he couldnt be on the case and represent it I requested refund and he denied claiming he has put work hes an attorney he knows what he can and cant do and he still took payment for a case. He knows he cant represent he confirmed he could when we first hired him then Court started the first thing the judge said. He cant represent us mind you it was a zoom call he then proceeded to tell me he would work on alongside the public defender in **********. The attorney is in *****. The public defender is in **********. The attorney ***** is not even allowed on the case. No no nothing about whats going on because hes not on the case so he cant provide a services and hes refusing to give us a refund when he has done nothing but tell us he can represent us and then we were told by the judge in Court he cant. Hes an attorney he knows better. And he knows he didnt get anything done. I will also forward this to the Florida Bar and see how they can assist .. you cant charge $500 for nothing

    This client was the sister of *************************** who had some pending criminal traffic matters is **. It was at all times explained that my office would only be aiding ******** in requesting court in ** (as the deadline was imminent)and to help get him through his initial appearance via interpretation services only and not through formal legal representation.  ********* provided approximately 2hrs of of time in furtherance of this service. At his initial court appearance I attended and informed the court of my informal appearance solely for that day and made sure he understood the process of going forward with public defender. His sister then very rudely made unfounded accusations regarding what was clearly discussed and understood beforehand.Because I am fair and reasonable person I rebated a portion of what was paid to me more than fairly resolving any dispute ****** or her brother should have with me.

    I am rejecting this response because: the attorney knew beforehand he could not represent in court and he still took the full amount of money. We would have never hire him in the first place. I dont think $200 is fair not reasonable for someone to make a zoom call only and to get the response they were clearly going to get knowing they couldnt represent ********* in the state of ********** he miss guided and miss lead that he could have it taken care of and he did not do it. He tried to make me forward everything to the public defender. He was paid to do everything Im still having to go back-and-forth with a public defender because his job wasnt done hes not allowed to represent in court so I shouldve not been charged by him at all nor should we only get $200 back from the beginning he should have told us he couldnt do nothing for us We would have hired  someone else
