1 starI scheduled a maintenance check-up at Love Honda for my 2021 Accord hybrid as my wife and I are headed up north for a 3 week trip. The results of the check-up indicated that I needed a transmission oil change and new brake fluid (the car has ****** miles on it). So, I approved their recommendation and then asked what it would cost.... $530!!!!!Labor alone, for both fluid changes was $373 (for probably no more than 30 minutes of work!)!!!!!The labor was 70% of my bill! While the people working there were friendly and professional, the cost for "labor" was flat-out DISGUSTING! I always use a small garage business for car maintenance needs and, after this experience with "LOVE (MONEY) HONDA" I'll surely never go there again or any other "delearship" for car maintenance needs!Review fromPaul H

1 starBait and switch are defiantly being purposely used. I just purchased my third Ridgeline. The one I traded in was a black addition with everything possible on it. they used one not the color I wanted THAT HAD ALL THE SAME ADD ONS I WANTED! but said they would order ONE LIKE IT in my color. after working a deal I could live with I agreed to trade mine in. Just so happens the sales manager and accounting person was not in, they were off that day, the two of them. They had us sign but when the truck came in it was not the same and had a price sticker on it $6,000.00 less than the one, we negotiated and were told we were getting. They said the one we were looking at the day before was gone so we could not prove it, they told us what you signed fand that what you got. I confronted the sales manager who was not very nice at first, even called my two-year-old trade-in I just paid over $2400.00 with them a piece of shit!!! It ran perfect with new tires and updating of everything. we will never purchase from them again. They lost our business and of all of our family and everyone they know. Three Hondas are being traded in in protest and they will never drive another Honda If you purchase from them don't forget you were told. We are talking to attorneys and may be after them, anyone how experienced the same thing can get in on it. maybe we can make them pay for their crooked dealings. They don't need to be in business in our county doing these things to our people. if there was a O I would not have given the one star. can send unless you agree with their terms do I did only to be able to sendReview fromJared F

1 starVery similar issues as those previously stated. Bait and switch pricing, was sold a vehicle with a malfunctioning air conditioner and broken rear view mirror. When I arrived at the dealership to speak about it I was literally yelled at by a Salesman named ***** and also a finance manager named *** who literally printed out the AS-IS portion of the sales documents and threw them at me. Thing is, I purchased an extended warranty for this vehicle and neither financing nor sales would take any steps to schedule an appointment. I provided notice by telephone and text and in person that I wanted to cancel the extended service contract and Love Honda has never responded to this request. I was also charged for a dealer oil change plan I was told was included in the purchase price as well as $500 for a "red alert" stop lamp which is a $9 lightbulb you can order on ***** I have also found that despite the financing documents supposed to be in my and my partner's name, only my name is on them. The dealer also never provided the legally required odometer mileage statement nor the buyer's guide for the vehicle. I have filled a formal complaint against this company with the ************************ and I suggest others here do the same.Review fromGiovanni O

1 starWe purchased a used vehicle on 12/07/23, and after a week of having it, the car started to have issues. Our sales **** ************************* assured us that the vehicle had been inspected and ready to buy, so I asked for a copy of the inspection document so that I can figure out what was checked prior to purchasing, and they were not able to provide that. I checked the Carfax for my vehicle, and I noticed that the last maintenance inspection was dated 1/24/23, and not prior to the sale, as we were led to believe. We have not had the vehicle for 60 days yet, and have already spent about $2,500 on repairs. For that reason, we decided to cancel the service contract, as we had 60 days to do so to receive a full refund of it, and they explained they had a policy in place stating that the customer needs to go in person with the vehicle to fill out a cancellation form. I confronted the financing manager, *******************, since that was not stated in the financing contract, and he actually ended up disconnecting the call after I asked him to remind me of his name for my records. No customer service skills what so ever.I contacted the dealership again to speak to someone above the financing manager. I was connected to the Sales Manager, *********************, to which, with no surprise, he was not customer service friendly either, and spoke with a condescending tone. He also was not able to provide me with the policy or the stipulation that covers the cancellation of the service contract, and after letting him know I was going to write a formal complaint to the BBB based of our experience, he disconnected the call just like the financing manager. There seems to be a serious problem starting from the higher *** that clearly reflects negatively in the daily operations of this dealership. If I could give this place a 0 star, I would. Very disappointed with our experience.Review fromrichard b

1 starThis company practices deceptive pricing. On 10/6/23 I contacted Love Honda about a used certified 2023 Honda Ridgeline that I saw advertised online for $35,000. I also provided all my information on my trade, a 2018 Honda Ridgeline RTL in excellent condition. The dealer website valued my trade at $22,916.00. The sales person Matthew was very friendly and took down all of my information. I sent him a lot of pictures of my trade along with the web page showing the price advertised for the 2023 Ridgeline at $35,000. He assured me that the dealer has very aggressive pricing and really wanted my business. I told him that I am a serious buyer and would be at his dealership on 10/7/23 so they can inspect the trade and I can buy the 2023. He did not think it was going to be a issue and that I would be very happy with the pricing. To my surprise he called me back and said he has never had to do this before but the price is much higher for the used 2023, per his sales manager. I explained to him that the price they are now giving me is almost the price for a new 2023. Not only that...they lowered the estimate on my trade by over $3000 without even seeing it. They were trying to get me from both ends...raise the price of the used 2023 and lower the value of my trade. I was then transferred to the sales manager who outright accused me of taking advantage of the dealership and said I told Matt that the price on the 2023 "was too good to be true". This was an outright lie...the only thing I did was see a good price on a used 2023, called the dealership to get an out the door price so I can trade in my car and drive the other one. The sales manager was rude and unprofessional. The dealership tells you one price and then try's to charge you something else...what a scam. Their own webpage gave me the estimate for my trade...but they decided site unseen to lower it by over $3K. Will be sending this to FL consumer affairs. I have hard copies of the pricing.Review fromDawn G

1 starIf I could leave a lower rating I absolutely would. I went in to see about possibly buying my first car. I ended up with a 2013 Lexus GS350, amazing car. But, this only happened because their financial manager falsified my credit application. Their general manager Sean stated this could be a simple mistake by possibly getting mixed up with the other 11 cars they sold that day, although you have to be approved by the credit company before you’re allowed to leave with the vehicle. So that makes zero sense. After I noticed the falsified information I brought it to the general manager who brushed me off multiple times before deciding to look into it after I told them I would call the financial company myself and tell them what had happened. Due to this I decided to no longer accept business with Love Honda and wanted to get out of the deal. The other General Manager Parth or Perth gave me major attitude for deciding to do this and “running them around in circles”. Even after decided to leave the deal they still tried to influence me into keeping the car by fixing my application, that took them three tries. They ate the difference to try and keep my deal. And finally ended with a guilt trip of helping their Sales Representative get their bonus with the company for my deal. This Sales Representative even made the dastardly move to bribe me with $200 of their own money to keep me in the deal. I have never been more stressed in my life, I highly recommend not working with Love Honda. Yes, they will do whatever they can for your business. Including falsifying your information, guilt tripping and bribing you.Review fromJ. M.

I'm in Wisconsin and my mom lives in Florida. She wanted a new CR-V. She can't handle stress and is easily manipulated. I sent her a text message of exactly what to get, a 2024 Sport Hybrid (MSRP ~ $35,000). She also had two vehicles to trade in that ****** quoted ~$14,500 for. Love gave her $8,900 for them. $5,600 less. Whatever, that's fine, convenience or what have you. So... Then my mom sent me the paperwork and the vehicle purchase price was $43,620, BEFORE fees, over $48,600 after. $8,500 dealer upcharge from $35,000 MSRP?!? So basically she gave them both used cars for free. And she got a 2023, not a 2024. I could see a dealer upcharge on a 2024, maybe, even then not $8,500. But for a 2023? The absolute top of the line trim on Love Honda's website isn't even over $40,000. So how was her sport hybrid, middle of the road trim level, sold to her at $43,620 (again, before fees)? And let's see. They have her civic she traded in currently listed for sale at $15,220 and the fusion at $9,491. Like everything in Florida, this place preys on people. STAY AWAY or have someone with you that knows how to deal with these predatory dealerships. Heavily debating getting an auto fraud lawyer.Love Honda/Love Chevrolet

1 starGot check engine light on my new corvette. I call and was told not to bring the car in until the check engine light was flashing. I explained the code was embedded and I had it read. I was told again don't bring it it in. It has not shifted gears twice. I have owned chevys for years. I know to pull over and call a wrecker if I get a flashing check engine light. I called back and talked with another write up person. I was told to bring the car in the following monday. I did and was told I was supposed to bring the car in on Tuesday. I showed them the Pat reminder they sent me. They were sorry. I was assured that they would address the problem on a Tuesday. I took the car in again. I was told they wanted to clear the codes and go for a drive. A half an hour later they changed their mind. Wanted me to come back in 10 days and plan on spending the day. They do not have loaners nor were they willing to take me home. They want me to drive a car that has transmission problems. Make a third trip to their dealer. And spend the day waiting to see what happens. Today I got a notice from them that my service was completed. These people are clueless. They will tell you anything. They can't even figure out when and what they want to do.Review fromBobbye S

Don't buy a car here. I was sold 2021 Honda CR-V with the understanding that it was new. I noticed later that it had two different brand tires. When I questioned them about it they informed me that it was a used car. I paid full price for a NEW car. Live and learn. I will never do business with them again.
UPDATE:
I would like to say that Love Honda resolved the situation I very professional and acceptable way.Love Honda/Love Chevrolet

I understand this. When I called to discuss the matter, l only spoke with a receptionist who really couldn't answer my questions. Be that as it may, l love the car and l believe that Love Honda is a good dealership.
