    I had a terrible experience with this plumber. Started my rough in 2 months ago and left me hanging. Should have been a 2 day job on a 450 sq ft tiny house. There is no communication whatsoever. I keep emailing and am not getting a response as to when they will come and finish the job they started 2 months ago.

    This business is very professional and showed up on time to repair and replace issues that I had at my home on multiple occasions. The estimates for work were accurate and held no surprises. They are my go to Plumbers for my home.

    Got a quote for carbon filter installation, but when the job was completed, they charged me more than twice what they quoted me. No reason for the increase, no complications on the job. This is how bad the plumber was. First, he did not bring the necessary materials (3/4"pcv pipe) so he went shopping. Second, he did not read the installation manual, so he made a mistake on the installation and had to come back and fix it. Third, instead moving the carbon filter with the sediment, he just added more piping. And fourth, my water softener was still in bypass mode when he left. It took me a couple of days to figure out why my water softener was not giving me soft water. I don't trust this plumbing company and would never ever hire them again. Job done July 2023.
