1 starBloodsucker! Water heater not functional. They don't fix things but only suggest installation a new unit. They don't troubleshoot according to manufacturer's guidelines. Installation is also a joke. Had AC installed and had problem within a year they didn't honor warranty. MVP program is a joke. They won't start AC maintenance until half year you purchase MVP. Plumbing maintenance is absolutely joke. They flush the water heater without removing the filter claiming it's not part of their service. Their manager Mandy was not trying to fix the problem and told me good luck. I think this company is just surviving on membership fees and ridiculous high dispatch fee by doing nothing.

1 star**CUSTOMER BEWARE** This company is a plumbing contractor for the builder DR Horton. To date, we have found MANY mistakes made by them. Furthermore, we had a leak coming from our upstairs bathroom and through our living room ceiling. We called DR Horton to come out and look given we were still within our 1 year warranty. They sent out a kid who cut a hole in the ceiling (that is still open) and looked at the tub to find that it was cracked from installation and he could not help. The second crew that came out removed the tub so that a new one can be installed. They learned that the original tub was forced into place which is why it cracked. They had to cut the framing around the tub in order to remove it because it was jammed in so hard. They came out not too long after to install a new tub, only the tub they ordered was the wrong size and was smaller. We now had two bathtubs, tub walls and the debris that came from removing the first tub that we ourselves had to dispose of. The installer IRVIN ********* also borrowed and broke a drill bit of mine that has yet to be replaced. Ive reminded him twice now and all I get is a giggle and "Im sorry I forgot". The third crew that came out with the correct tub really seemed to know what they are doing but couldnt get the tub into the framing. They called the boss and he told them to "jam the new tub in like the last one". I refused the let them do that again given we are no longer under warranty. Two weeks ago the tile guy came to cut tile to make room for the new tub. The framers came out last week. The tub installer came out today but refused to install the new tub. Note: we have since purchased a jacuzzi tub(same dimensions) and are wanting that installed instead. The job actually got easier with the new tub and now they want to charge us an additional $1400-$1800 to do less work. NO CONSIDERATION FOR THE POOR SERVICE TO DATE. We cant even get a call from management!! CONSIDER DIY BEFORE CALLING BAYONET!

1 starOur air conditioner went out on Friday and with the holiday I knew it would be hard to get someone out. On our fan blower burnt out and we have no air. I found Bayonet telephone number on our fan and called them. They told me that they couldn't come out until Tuesday. We have been without air the past three days and will be without air tomorrow also. Bayonet ad says they are open 24 hours; so if they are why couldn't they come to fix our air conditioner? WE ARE HOT IN THIS HOUSE AND NO ONE WILL COME OUT. I can't believe people are so heartless. But I can see that D.R. Horton supports them because Horton houses are worthless also. This air conditioner is only one year and four months old. I didn't what to leave a star rating because they are worthless.

1 starI had an appointment with a 4 hour window. No one showed up. Four and a half hours later, Bayonet called and said they'd have to reschedule. I had already hired another company who showed up that next morning, treated me fairly, and was very professional. That company was ATA Plumbing. Skip Bayonet.

5 starsI've used Bayonet since we purchased our new-construction home seven years ago. (They installed my system and it's worked perfectly!)They've been consistently great for me. The expertise of their technicians has always been top notch. Their service agreement is fair and the services included in the agreement are thorough. It's a comfort to know that my system is checked twice a year so that if anything is heading toward becoming an issue, they'll hopefully catch it early. These guys are the best! And I appreciate that they're accredited by the Better Business Bureau, too!Review fromRANDY L

1 starThe company failed to honor their own Service Contract, specifically a Certificate of Labor Coverage. The Certificate of Labor covers the labor portion of any repairs to the equipment installed by them for ten years. The expiration date is August 10, ****. They said their warranty is tied to the equipment warranty and when the previous owner sold the house to us the equipment warranty was dropped to five years. Hence, the labor warranty, was also reduced to five years and, consequently expired.First, the labor warranty is issued by Bayonet and not the equipment manufacturer. Second, they could not identify ANYTHING at all in that document that mentions ANY such relationship to the warranty of the equipment. They document covered labor related to any repair for ten years from the date of issue regardless of the warranty on the equipment by the manufacturer. Those two things are unrelated. They chose not to honor their own warranty from everything that I could tell. I've cancelled my maintenance agreement with them.Review fromLinda R

1 starHorrible service. I had an evening service call which I paid $99 for a diagnosis. The inexperienced plumber told me that they'd have to cut out a portion of a wall behind a shower. I asked couldn't it be the toilet wax ring he said no way. The next day he calls and tells me I have to call a leak detection company to find out where the leak is. Turns out it was just the wax ring on the toilet which the plumber never checked. a beginning plumber ought to know to flush the toilet and check if it's leaking but he never did. So it cost me for bayonet Plumbing but they never fixed anything and $300 for the leak detection company in order to learn that it was a $7 wax ring that needed to be replaced. When I called and tried to talk to a supervisor at bayonet, they told me they'd call me back Tuesday today is Friday. Terrible customer service they don't care whether you get your problem resolved or not. I would never use them again.Review fromSara D

1 starI have been a Bayonet Customer for 6 1/2 years due to the fact they installed AC units for the builder in my neighborhood. I have the MVP program for which we are suppose to get 2 maintence services a year. These have to be schedule out 2 or months in advance and they call and cancel on you. 05/17/23 My AC went out I called them in the evening and waited over 10 minutes on the 24 hour after hours service line before I got a human. They said they could not get to me until Friday and it is Wednesday evening. Their website claims that they have same day service and are open 24 hours. On Thursday midday I found the owner on LinkedIn and sent him a message about my disatisfation and pointed out that the website stating they have same day service is false advertising. I got a call from his operations manager who was apologized and at least moved my appointment to the early afternoon on Friday. Problem fixed about 4 PM, blown fuse, then 8 hours later the AC went out again. I tried to call their supposed after hours emergency line 5 times between 2:30 AM and 4:30 AM holding for up to 15 minutes at a time and no one ever answered the phone. I called again at 7 AM and held for 20 minutes when someone finally answered, she was very nice and got me a morning appointment. The probelm was a second blown fuse. It was fixed they left and in less than 8 hours the fuse blew again. I called the night line at 8 PM Saturday and someone answered. They put me on the schedule for Sunday and gave me another 12 hour window. I called this morning and they said my appointed time was 12:30 so they gave me a window of 10-2. It is now 8:45 PM at night and supposedly the tech has been on the job before me since 3 PM, So 6 hours I have been next in line. I called to check status at 1:30, 3, 6 and 7:30 and they just keep saying he is on another job. Just horrible customer service. I have now been without AC for 5 nights and 4 days and I have no idea if someone will ever get here tonight.
