  I never received anything from them regarding my car towed by ******* ************************* I found I had a lien because I was going to buy a car. I was told car was sold for parts. Also I was told car tag was turned in. Neither of which is the case now is what they are saying. I did not receive any certified letter or any communication at all from Touch of Class. Also I had AAA towing which they are also.I have a lien of $340

  First I would like to thank the BBB for allowing us the opportunity to allow us to present to you evidence of what actually occurred .

  On April 16 2020 ******* Highway Patrol Called Touch Of Class Towing out on a Highway Patrol Accident Rotation Call to Pick up *************** *********************** **************** At the time of the accident ************** was with the trooper and removed all his items from the vehicle(see attached rotation sheet).  The trooper advised him where his vehicle was going as well as a letter was sent to him within 2 days of the accident.(see attached sheet)  Touch of Class abides by the proper statues from the county and state. We also keep very good records and document everything.  On April 22,2020 ************ Called regarding his vehicle from ************.  He new the charges at this point as well as his delivery of certified mail 04-23-2020(see attached post-office recipe). Early February ************** called regarding his lien. He said he did not have a phone number and would call us back. He indeed called us back with a phone number of ************. We called him back on March 6th,9th,16th 20th and 24th. He did not return any of our calls. Yesterday ************* called literally screaming at our girls in the office. He would not calm down for one minute to listen to us. He used horrific profanity and threatened Touch of Class that i would not even disclose. He has accused Touch of Class on websites as of yesterday with falsified statements. He called Touch of Class again stating he did not receive anything from us. Our dispatcher verified his address and he agreed to the address and said he received the letter threatening to put a lien against him. Again using threats and profanity.  This was actually terrifying for my employees especially with what is going on in our world today. He also gave us a new phone number of ************.  Our dispatcher replied to his ****** review. Unfortunately this is an outcome where an owner does not want to take responsibility for their actions.  Vehicle was crushed on 06/11/2020 and never sold for parts.

  I've never received any communication from Touch of Class. Not any certified letters. Never signed anything from them or post office. My phone # it was my mom's phone with my Sim card. I got another govt phone with different #. I was called crazy. I let FHP tow car and then  canceled **************** Other driver stopped in turning lane on purpose so I would slide on wet road and hit him. 8 months later USAA/***** sent me bill that was paid for injuries totaling about $18,000. So this made car insurance unaffordable. Car Tag was not turned in by junk yard or Touch of Class. I was told car was sold for parts when I called and that they always turn in auto Tags. I was threatened with suspension of Driving license for failure to turn in Tag. I paid$8 in ********* to avoid. I am currently in possession of drivers license because I paid $400 which includes 2 restoration fees of $60. I was suspended when I was in jail. I was suspended again a 2nd time when it was already suspended. Judge ******* said I could do community service so why did I have to pay $400. Seems like a chain of several scams of businesses and Pasco County. Human trafficking also sending me to 3 different county jails from Pasco county. Also not guilty but forced to suffer in freezing cold jail and shackled taken to freezing courthouse.

  After towing for 37 years for Pasco county Sheriff and ******* Highway Patrol ,17 Motor Clubs as well as a AAA PSP provider  I'm forced to deal with situations such as this one. I'm well aware of our legal responsibility and our obligation to our members. Therefore we did our Good faith effort in order the give him the opportunity to recover his possession. Unfortunately he was detained by law in enforcement and or unable to communicate via Phone ,Tex,Letter using his Mothers number or not having a good forwarding address to receive vital information regarding his vehicle and possessions although he admitted receiving the certified letters  to our office staff,and still choose to ignore the warning. We maintain copious notes of all verbal communications and send all mailings via Certified Mail. After Thirty five days of impound which is ample time the Tow and Storage Lien super seeds all prior Liens as per Fla Statute ******* and your loose you ability to recover your belongings , That's the Law.
