    This company is not a legitimate medical outlet. We've checked with our doctor, who informs us that this company and those associated with it are "scam artists" who target senior citizens as part of a scheme of ripping off ******** recipients. The tell here is that while there is a phone number associated with Progressive Supplies STAT, no one ever answers the phone, and there is no way to leave a message. I have also filed a complaint with ********.

    Fraud - Sun Health/Progressive Supplies STAT (*********)Sun Health mailed me packages in February, ************* 2023, each containing 4 COVID-19 tests, that I did not request. ******** was charged $200 per package and paid almost $100 p/p and then the claim was sent to my secondary private insurance to try to get even more $!My ******** and **************** numbers were never provided to a company for a COVID-19 test kit, so how did this happen? This intentional ********/**************** fraud is disgusting, and as per other BBB reviews for this company, I can see others have been victims!******** believes requests for COVID Tests are legit when they receive them for processing. It's SAD that no "red flags" have been initiated at this time for bogus repetitious claims.

    I received a package, which I haven't opened, that I believe are Covid tests from this company. This is clearly a Medicare fraud concern. I will be contacting Medicare Fraud department and I will also deny the Medicare claim when I receive it. I never contacted this company but I believe they called me as representatives of Medicare wanting to verify my address to send me a new Medicare card. I knew this was a scam and didn't verify anything. But they still sent me these Covid tests. The phone number for this company isn't operable so there is no way to contact them directly. I will not open the package until I get some direction from Medicare Fraud.

    It has happened to me twice now, and I reported it to Medicare the same day I received my first shipment.I just received another yesterday. I will contact Medicare again, but I want it to stop!!! How do we make that happen because these people are charging my Medicare for them. 200$.. Scum of the earth...

    I am recceiving covid kits from this company that i never ordered. Medicare is being charged for these kits and I am unable to reach this company to have them stop!

    I have received 5 covid testing kits in my mailbox over the past two months. I did not order them. I am putting yesterday's package back in the mailbox to be returned to the sender. My Medicare was billed $200 for testing. I have received NO testing. When I contacted my Medicare provider the woman was rude and said, "We will handle it!" Gail Fox 05-08-2923

    Recently received two Progressive Wrist Braces (left and right) that were never ordered by **. Packing list shows customer as ********************* (rest home) located in *****. Where and who do I send back the items - Progressive? I called Stillwater Health and they hung up on me. Plus I called Progressive and the call went to mail box that was not setup.

    Received three packages of Covid home tests in my special needs daughter's name that we did not order. Have never heard of this company but I am going to pursue filing fraud claims with Medicare. This is clearly a scam. **** *
