Our issues are similar to those of A ***** **** We signed a contract in September '23 with a time for completion of ten to twelve weeks. That seemed like a really long time, but I thought it might be a case of "under promise, over deliver," so that if they got it done in only six to eight weeks, they'd have really happy customers. Wrong! It actually took them nearly seven months! And it likely would have been even longer than that if we hadn't kept contacting the owner, Bill, asking for updates and scheduling. But in doing so Bill would be very rude to my wife and me. He told me I was being, ** **** ** *** ***** and hung on me more than once. And on five different occasions he gave a date and time that his crew would be here only to have them no show. Not a single one of those times did Bill bother to contact us to let us to let us know they wouldn't be here as scheduled. To Bill, a customer should not expect to know when his crew is going to be on the customer's property. By his reckoning they should be able to come in through our gate and onto to our enclosed and locked patio without notice. The day after our project was finally finished, we noticed a drip coming from the water line going to the sink. We sent Bill several texts asking him to remedy the problem. Not unexpectedly, he's ghosting us. I figured that would happen once we'd paid him in full.
