    WELOC is selling products from our company, Well Woven, on Amazon without permission. They are not an authorized reseller. WELOC must remove all Well Woven brand rugs from their Amazon store.

    We sent you the below message directly on 6/14/2023, as of that date all Well Woven products were removed from our storefront. Please let us know if you need anything else.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We sincerely apologize for any unauthorized listing of your items. We do work with a wide variety of vendors and manufacturers to help bring products to the Amazon marketplace. Unfortunately, in this case, one of our distributors who has authorized us to resell their products on Amazon, had not properly informed us that we may not list Well Woven products. Therefore, as a result we have immediately removed all Well Woven items from our storefront. Please accept our deepest apologies for any unauthorized listings of your products, and please know that this was neither deliberate nor malicious. In addition, we have taken permanent steps to ensure that this mistake will never happen again. Thank you for your time, and again, we are deeply sorry for the inconvenience.

    WELOC is selling products from our company (ACP) on Amazon without permission. They are not an authorized reseller. I sent 2 messages through Amazon requesting these to be taken down. Pricing has changed but they have not taken the items down. We would like WELOC to take all of our branded product from their listings on Amazon.

    Items are still up. Please confirm that you will remove brand names ******* and Aspect from your listings. ACP is the manufacturer. All items and brands with this manufacturer should be removed.
