I do not have a contract with FOREST RECOVERY SERVICES and I have not been provided with an original contract or any proof of the legality of the debit from the creditor. I was again called today, and when speaking with representatives I found their approach agressive and unprofessional. I was even hung up on by '*****' at ext. 504, who claims that they just received the paperwork in Sept 2023. However, I can prove that FRS has been contacting me since Feb 2022 about this same alleged debt. I have formally disputed the debt in accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and have requested a cease and desist from FOREST RECOVERY SERVICES.Business response

I am unable to find you in our systems under a different account number. I am rejecting this response because: for one i didnt sign any agreement with forest recovery services llc.2nd of all the statement dosent show specific things on how you got that charge.
3rd ************ is holding my brothers check due to this situation you guys are claiming

I have been trying to reach this company for months now, the PO Box listed on my credit report as well as their website is not valid. Certified mail has been returned twice stating moved no forwarding address, I am trying to settle this debt and get it off of my credit. When you call their number is just says to leave a message, no one answers.Business response

This company has been calling to collect on debt that was paid for by my dental insurance and the dentist office sent the payment back. I paid my portion and now this collection agency is trying collect on the insurance portion. I asked on March 22nd 2022 for them to send me documentation showing where I agreed to pay the insurance portion. As of today April 8th I have yet to receive any documentation. I also requested to receive a copy of what they were sent to make sure no Hippa laws were broken. They have reported this to the Credit bureau.Business response

Paid owed debt for a St. Petersburg Florida utility bill. (Paid in Full) They are being combative on my credit report and refusing to remove the item or even place as paid in full. Removed from my credit report since they were not the original credit holders and debt is paid in full.Business response
