I am an employee of another local golf cart business. I have had a few conversations with an employee of ********** regarding a mutual customer. Yesterday, Sept. 9, 2024, the ********** employee turned me over to her employer, **** *******, the owner of **********, who began raising his voice and informed me that we were "making a big mistake" (threat?), and I gave the phone to my employer. Before the end of their conversation, **** called my employer a C_NT and hung up on him. He immediately gave our business a negative 1-star review calling us rude and unprofessional. My employer was neither. Now I ask you, is it professional to call another business owner, or anyone else for that matter, a filthy name like **** ******* did? NO IT IS NOT! Is it rude? YES IT IS! I might add that I have never spoken to anyone at ********** before and have never visited or passed by Caddyshack. I have heard verbal, negative opinions about the business and now I know why. There would be no star rating at all if possible. Customers Beware!RLB, *************

Ok lets be honest here first you took advantage of an elderly lady selling her a cart that was suppose to be a certain year and it ended up being older than she was told. then i called you guys at captain ******* to have the warranty replace two bad batteries she immediately was disrespectful blamed us for hooking batteries up wrong in which we just tested them. the secretary stated they have to be the one to work on her cart not anyone else so i asked to speak with her boss captain ****** who basicly said the same thing. i said *** she has a ****** to take her cart wherever she pleases to have it worked on i said i have been doing this for ten years and he rudely replied he 's not impressed which is fine i did not ask him to be impressed i asked him to simply be a honest company and warranty this ladies batteries. after he blatantly refused because she did not bring her cart to him he 's not going to warranty anything. yes i did get upset and close by calling him a cxxx which was very unprofessional and i do apoligize for that part. but i just want a business like his to stand by their work and warranty issues. Especially when we are dealing with our elderly community. Again i do apoligize for my use of the word {c***}.
