I purchased the associates edition of the credit game university for credit repair one on one from mi Kerr singles and only got some online videos on teachables.com and never spoke to mike like promised. Never had any actual credit repair done just got further behind in debt after spending all that money on the very cheap designed program. And even got kicked off the site because I didn't pay the rest of the 2000 dollar package I only paid 850 and shouldn't have done that. They promised I'd have 10 and 20,000 credit limits within weeksInitial Complaint

On August 6, 2021, I purchased a supposedly 90-day credit repair program from The Credit Game. The purchase was $2,000.00, as to which they charged before attempting to repair my credit report and actually didn't do anything for my credit report at all. They misled about doing rapid credit repair but instead gave an educational website program. It's been over a year, and no services have been performed. On 09/07/21 I paid $2000 to The Credit Game under Prosperity Training LLC for the credit repair services platform and $200 to their vendor ***** ********* to handle my credit repair. The Owner **** ***** claims that ***** ********* would provide superior credit repair with advanced software and electronic filling. The training videos I paid for are no longer accessible through their dashboard. It was very difficult to reach customer service with ***** ********* but when a finally did there was no information as to what had to happen, they said that their disputes had failed and could not relate to specific info due to the sensitive personal information which made no sense. In March 2022 I reached out to Credit Game to explain that I had no results with their vendor ***** ********* and they asked me to upgrade to a more expensive package as if I had just done a free trial while I paid $2000. Upon reviewing the material in the educational platform the course was not to the quality, standard, and amount of content as advertised. I am currently unable to log in to the Credit Game education Platform as they have been shut down by the FTC I was sent a copy of the suit on 5/16/22. I would like assistance with a full refund as I am no longer able to get services from this business due to their legal issues.Initial Complaint

I’m just catching up on the FTC lawsuit against **** ***** and Credit Game. Back around October 29, 2021 I was in talks with a rep who proposed their product as the best and when met with resistance of being able to afford it the sales pitch came on and he won. Mainly because he stated that he would take what I had at the time and they were finishing up and **** was next to him and would do the $3000 package for $1800. **** also advertised on YouTube that he was giving access to his Navy Federal code. Rep stated that it was a steal of a deal and the system would have my score up in 90 days or if I didn’t think it would work they would refund but no one ask for a refund because the system is the best in the country. On 11/1 after viewing the program over the weekend I knew this was not legal and overly exaggerated. Not only did I not get the access code for navy federal but I realized that what was given was just info on how to submit an inquiry via online(he calls it digital deletion program). But it just info that is available on the actual websites. Also, I did not like submitting an FTC report so I’m glad I did not do that part to avoid any further issues. It came down to support taking 10 days to deny my refund because the product was digital and it’s mine. Even though I told him that the rep said a refund was possible, and I contacted the rep but he quickly stated he has no power over the support and refund team. I received a text from **** saying he’d educate me on what to do and give me access but never did. I had seen other credit companies and knew that I could submit disputes therefore what did I pay for? His program did nothing but allow access to here him talk about how great he is and everyone else will take your money. I sort of gave up and r realized I paid 1800 to get on a zoom call. FTC needs to keep it shut down and refund everyone. I know some will go to bat for him but the info given was there they just never did the work to find it for free!Initial Complaint

I responded to advertisements which represented that by purchasing the credit game educational product included within that was as they quoted the best credit repair in America, through their third party vendor which was included in the price today today only special fire sale. I responded I completed a financing application and was approved for a company by the name of DENEFITS LLC loaded as a software company in Irvine California. After completion of those documents the same day I received a welcome email from the third party credit repair company and also the request for information and to set up monthly payments to them additionally for about $200. This is contrary to what I was told what was represented and what was advertised So I called my rep at the credit game who did not answer for several days finally upon responding to a text message said that that was not included I wasn't misled and on and on. I said I want to cancel the agreement immediately it's within 72 hours of origination and it is not include the agreed services. he refused gave me the runaround it would not answer the phone anymore. I tried to contact Mike the owner he refused to return calls and wouldn't respond. I contacted fenefits finally got an answer from their legal department saying that they would review and investigate it they've had a lot of complaints about this company and they will delete the items for my credit bureau which they're now reporting which is greatly damaged my score. I'm in the midst of a attempt to buy a home in my score is plummeted from this one account. I got no benefit from the credit game or any of its information I have no intention of doing my own credit and it did not solve my problem as it represented lower offer what it promised. They will not delete it continue to demand payment and I have no use for education material like this. The rep now no longer answers any calls and in fact mocks me when I do get a hold of him.Initial Complaint

On 8/20/21 I paid $1500 to The Credit Game under Prosperity Training LLC for the credit repair services platform and $200 to their vendor Elite Deletions to handle my credit repair. The Owner **** ***** claims that Elite Deletions would provide superior credit repair with advanced software and electronic filling in 90 days I would see results. Other than the change of address there was no service provided or any positives change to my score, in fact, it got worse, and started to receive a new negative account mailing and calling my current address and phone. It was very difficult to reach customer service with Elite Deletions but when a finally did there was no information as to what had to happen, they said that their disputes had failed and could not relate to specific info due to the sensitive personal information which made no sense. On March 23 2022 I reached out to Credit Game to explain that I had no results with their vendor Elite Deletions and they asked me to upgrade to a more expensive package as if I had just done a free trial while I paid $1500 plus the $200. December 21 2020 I purchased a program from the credit university with the agreement that they would connect me with their vendor and within a 90 day period, repair my credit. I have email exchanges with the organization and no resolution. It has been well over a year now and my credit did not change at all. This was false advertisement on their end and would like this resolved.
