    This company 1st came & looked at my ** unit wh/ was not working on 3/8. They were here less than 15 min & said they had to replace a part. They came back a week later & replaced the part. The ** worked for less than 7 days so they came back out a 3rd time again & said the evaporator coil was leaking & has to be replaced. I believe the 1st tech either inadvertently damaged the coil or purposely damaged it. They left & ordered a new one. Once the part arrived, they scheduled to come put the part in. Each of the previous 3 visits they have provided a 4 hr window for service & have called at least 30 min prior to arrival. On this 4th trip they did not call until they were at my door. My 12 year old son was home to allow access but they would not make the repair stating they could not come inside unless someone 18 yrs or older were present. This info was never provide previously. On two of the other 3 trips, my 17 year old daughter let them in without any question. I have called them thru this process **** times with no answer & no return call. They have only texted. Now they state because I have "yelled" at them they will not come back. I have never once yelled at ************* have all the messages to prove. I have otherwise never spoke to them other than text which I have all of those. Very poor company and very poor customer service. I think they are just looking to get in peoples pockets & do not like to be questioned on what they are doing. They also violate their own rules without sharing them to begin with & are very inconsistent in their practices.

    This company refuses to answer calls. They have a full voicemail, and do not respond to emails either. They check the voicemails, because recently the mailbox started allowing me to leave messages again, but they still will not return my call.

    This business doesn't answer phone calls, respond to e-mails or work with insurance companies. I have an order initiated 5/2022 I have NO updates on status of my order. It is now July21! I notice this is not the only complaint

    I'll update this post later once the work is finally done but if you can avoid this place, I would. As many others have said, they NEVER answer the phone. What's worse is they do not keep appointments. I've had 4 appointments, one they missed by about +30 minutes (even though they make you keep a 4 hour window open) so basically the whole day was wasted. A second, they completely missed and only let me know they were not coming when I called after the 4 hour window closed. The third appointment that fell through happened halfway through the window when they said their man was sick. Info that would have been nice to have 2 hours earlier. I only chose these guys because of my home warranty program. I will be passing this information to them so others don't end up wasting work days like I have.

    Never answers the phone. I called them a week ago requesting the status of getting a part and they never responded. I have called them 40 times in a row now and no one answers the f****** phone! Answer my god **** calls and repair my s*** My home warranty "**** Home Warranty" picked yall but your customer services is attrocious!**Update** After having to hand walk this process through both **** and Air Experts, I finally got them to order the part. Air Experts called me to set up an appointment on Monday. It is currently Thursday. I asked if there was any way it could be done faster to be told that they can't get the part until then and that is why it is going to take so long. I immediately called the supplier **** bought the part through *********************** Florida and they told me that they have the part and it is ready for pickup today. So basically they lied to me cause they didn't want to get back to me. I called **** to get some resolution to this but apparently they are dodging ****'s phone calls as well. F*** you lying to your customers like this. If you had just f****** communicated with **** properly from the beginning the part WAS F****** HERE THE WHOLE TIME! I should not be at almost 2 weeks without ac for a part that could have been picked up the same day you looked at my unit.
