      The company sent a man out to look at AC unit. He showed me what was wrong, I through I needed freon. He no not needed. He said he would come back in a couple of days to complete jod. He did &air worked for about 3 days. I CALLED He said someone will come in a couple hours, no one as of today showed up. I HAD TO CALL ANOTHER ** THAT MY SON USES. I NEVER RECEIVED MY RECEIPT LAST TIME I CALLED He said it was in the mail.

      IN late May of 2022, after many months of this company attempting to fix my AC unit, they told me I just needed a new system. My current system was less than 6 years old, however, I paid $6000 for a new system. In less than one week, it was not cooling again. This time they told me I needed another part, so I paid them again for this part. In less than one week, the zones were not cooling again. This time they told me I needed to replace the dampers, so I paid $2000 for them to install new dampers in the system. It still was not cooling correctly with one zone being hot and others being cold. I called them back - they told me I needed a new zone board to control the dampers. I paid for this to be installed. During the installation, the repairman said that he noted only 2 of the 3 dampers had been replaced, although they billed me for all three. I have since been trying to get them to come out to replace the other damper because the system is still not working correctly. $8000 this year, and today, we are sitting in an icy cold house with record low temperatures with our heat not functioning. I have called repeatedly. I sent a certified letter to ask them to either fix the problem or return the $2000 I paid for the dampers. No response. Any advice or assistance appreciated. Requesting refund or repair.
