  These apartments are the most raggedy excuse my language s*** ever . If you want a peaceful home to lay your head after a hard day do not move here . ***** infested , rat infested dirty place to live . They paint over everything , pile tile on top of tile . A.C always goes out and everyone at the front office always is confused its like the blind leading the blind . Upstairs neighbors are rude and you can always hear the floor cracking and roof shaking . The office doesnt do anything about it . The police cant do anything about it . I walkways hear the upstairs neighbor get in out of her bed she is heavy and will not get a new bed shes very rude. Walls are very thin and the flooring is very bad . Its just been a bad experience and the maintenance men is very rude . They act like they will fix things but wont . The property manager can never be reached . PLEASE dont not move here this place needs to be tore down . Black mold always appears on walls , dirt and dust which isnt safe . You have to hold the toilet to flush or it will come up . Tub piles etc please take these reviews serious are you going end up like me . But thank God I am moving this was just a beginner . I have to leave a one star but they deserve 0

  DO NOT MOVE HERE. I been sheet since September of 2021 and regret moving in. They never fixed the place up all the way and been telling me since I moved in last year they were coming back to fix the bathtub. The paint is peeling inside of it and I haven’t been able to sit and enjoy a bath I can only take showers. ALSO they put tile over tile and my floor when you walk in his coming up. AC has been going out every month since I moved in I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve had to call the office and all they do is put freeon in it each time which obviously isn’t fixing the issue. You would be better off LIVING somewhere else than here. For over $1,000 monthly I can definitely find a place that appreciates my money and will treat me like I pay them each month to live there. I wouldn’t recommend Arburn Glen if they were the last place in Jacksonville to live they don’t even deserve one star

  These apartments are disgusting! Roaches and spiders are constantly crawling around the house and it doesnt matter how many you kill they keep coming! Our cabinets are broken and the toilet doesnt stop running. When we moved in we were told wed be getting a nice place that was taken care of, showed the unit across the way and later come to find out SOMEONE WAS ALREADY LIVING IN THAT UNIT. We moved in on our move in date and nothing had been cleaned or repainted. The bathtub is peeling away, there is a dent in the wall that is still growing, the circuit blows if we run more than one appliance in the kitchen. We pay for a washer hookup that we cant use, no washer fits in the space, we were hit with a random trash fee, come to find out something we were told was happening out of the goodness of someone heart was false. We were told we were marked down for pest control every Thursday and havent seen a pest control person since the first month we lived here. No to mention the trash valet service that only works hard the weekend but you still have to pay for it. Im constantly cat called and harassed by the men in the neighborhood and cant walk my dogs alone at night because its not safe. I would never rent here again if I had the opportunity, and Im going to fight to get out of my lease. The problem is they funnel money in late charges laundry charges hookup charges trash fees pest control.
