    Apt enterered when I am not home with not notice ahead of time or notice afterwards that they have been in here there's no emergencies for them to enter anyway last yr was told by several.ofgice ladies they had been in my apt like when I was gone at 8am to 9am for what? my apt walls get messed with when I am out I am worried because they are trying to make me look bad for the upcoming hud inspection on Jan 4th **** - like my ceilings got sprayed with yellow that when you wipe it then wring out rag it's blueish my tabletops get sprayed the front door has been attacked red lines same orange yellow thrown in spots happened when I was out for 2 hours yesterday from 9am to 11am someone 4 months ago broke my refrigerator door handle while I was out early that day 7am to 8am I have not done anything wrong I'm not perfect but I do not & never have damaged anyone's or my own property in any way unless I had an accident the thing is they are trying to make me look bad when I am home I play words with friends 9 hours a day or I shower or clean around I get compliments how clean my apt is they only inspect their 82 hud apts all the other 250apts never get inspected the painters broke my mini blind I was told 5 times it will be taken care of never was looked bad yesterday someone broke a blade in my bedroom brand new mini blind I have the box still I don't appreciate someone trying to make a good appreciative person look bad that's not nice they go thru your trash & when your not home throw the tiny pieces of threads or tissues back in your carpet or floors they teash up my brand new linoleum with same yellow spray it's very hard to get it up then when I'm home for r days ************** I go out for food I come home someone has (either thrown or sprayed) concentrated blue that wipes up a gross orange rinses out of rag blueish also if you don't wear gloves tears up your finger ************ hands all I want is to live in peace & be let know when they were here

    This a horrible place to live. I been living with this complex for 8yrs and I’m the past 5 years nobody know what they are doing at the front office. The office staff is trouble to communicate anything with them, they never in they office when they say they out. We have tired setting up meeting from the old Manager ****** *o this new manager, and who is rude and very unprofessional. We have been trying to set up meetings regarding rent because of the price that we get on the portal to pay says different from the letter they send out. They have always coming up with a different price every time we talk to them. We have tried to set up meeting with the office manager and when we went to the office the office was closed. Why set up a meeting with one of your tenants and don’t show up for the meeting. They excuse was she left for the day, how professional is that. You set up a meeting to meet with your tenant about they rent but you left the office for the day and no phone call or notice was given to us or nothing. I’m a paying cash tenant who only been late on they rent once and I paid the late fee. ******* ******* apartments is not safe, old ladies getting raped in they apartments doing the day and no letter or notice have went out about please be careful and watch your surroundings from the front office. ******* ******* apartments is a joke and nobody is willing to talk to you about nothing. I’m just trying to forgot how I owe almost 4 months of rent when I pay faithfully on time every month. They stories never stay the same and nobody have set up a meeting with us because they keep saying we waiting for corporate to email us back it. They still holding on to my money orders for last month and would not allow me to pay my rent this month because of supposedly balance we have. We went from having having so much credit to now we owe them damn nearly 5,000. Please make this make sense to me if I should you proof of my bank statement and brought you the copies

    I have been having issues with the complex not answering the phone, not fulfilling my maintenance request in a timely manner, also communication with my lease. I haven’t signed a lease since 2021, so 2022/2023 hasn’t been signed yet. I keep receiving notices on my door as if I’m not cooperating. I asked for maintenance to come and fix holes that are in my wall because of previous work they failed to do right prior, the holes still remain unpatched for maybe over 2 months now. The most recent issue I’ve had was my vehicle being towed without any warning. I normally go outside my apartment every other day and put air in my tire..so because a day went by they decided to have it towed without notice. The way they handle business is unacceptable, it’s one woman in the leasing office who needs to work on her customer service skills. The office is barely open, seems like they may be available a hour or 2 out the day and they don’t return calls

    Thank you for allowing us to address your complaint and concern. We apologize for any discomfort you may feel as you are experiencing with the property. However, we do not have any work orders in the system at this time for your unit. We researched your unit and work orders back dated to 2021. You are up for a recertification but we are still waiting on you to bring in your required documents to complete the paperwork. As for your car being towed, I am not sure what the make, model and year your car is but it is in the lease that you have to have up to date tags, you can't have an inoperable vehicle, must have current insurance with no flats at any time. I am most certain your vehicle fell under one of these categories. We will be unable to reimburse you for any fees associated with your tow. You are towed at your own expense.

     

    If you have any maintenance issues please report them to the front office. You can write your request and drop it off, call or visit between 10-6 Monday-Friday and Saturday 10-5. We are more than happy to assist you with any of your concerns or maintenance request.

    I am rejecting this response because: I’ve came in the leasing office multiple times with documents since last year to complete a recertification. It’s an inconvenience when the proper steps have not been taken to have this process completed. I do my part as to providing what has been asked of me to do. As for the flat tire issue, my vehicle hadn’t been in that state for more than 24hrs, I haven’t signed a lease in over  a year or two so I wouldn’t know what policy was in the lease.
