1 starMy roof been leaking for 6 months and all they can say in the leasing office its that they reported the issue and they dont know when itll be fixed . 1 starMiramar Apartments Miramar Apartments is roach INFESTED. I viewed the apt quickly on my lunch break and signed the lease the girl showing the apartment was acting like so many ppl were interested itll be gone quickly. the keys they gave me couldnt open the door to let me in the apartment so I didnt get into the apartment until the next day when I was already there with my U-Haul. After moving everything in and walking around starting to put up stuff is when I realized this apartment is infested. Theyre everywhere you go. Theyre crawling all in the kitchen, living room, closets and etc! I say down on my couch and many were crawling up the wall. My furniture had been in a climate controlled indoor storage unit before this fine years and now because my things are in a ***** infested apartment they are now in my things aswell. When I ordered pizza even more came out. It is disgusting to live here. I HAVENT SPENT NOT ONE NIGHT since MOVING MY THINGS THERE. This place is effecting my mental health and anxiety. I do have an diagnosed anxiety disorder. This place took 1300 dollars from me and Im in a ***** infested apartment I cant even live in!They are crawling over my things aswell. I have not stayed in the apartment at all. I have been having to live with other people because the apartment is inhabited, a threat to my health and mental health. They have showed no empathy or anything. Theyve offered no solutions. Only thing theyve done is insult me and try to imply Im a liar despite the many reviews and lawsuits I recently found they have about the same Issues!Review fromT brown B

My real rating is 0 out of 5 stars but since the site requires I select at least a 1 star, I will.Very unprofessional and they do not care about anything other than taking the tenants money! Water barely gets hot, microwave, heat/air, dishwasher does not work and both sides of the sink have been backed up for days but leasing office does not see that as an emergency. The staff is also extremely rude as if they do not want to help but again expect their overpriced rent paid on time. Even had the audacity to ask if Im on section 8 when I told them about the problems that need to be resolved as if that matters at all (which Im not, I pay my hard earned money that they have no problem taking each month). I will be contacting an attorney tomorrow morning as well since the leasing office does not want to cooperate or upkeep their apartment building properly. No one should ever rent here.Miramar Apartments

1 starThis company charge my husband and I twice for the application fee first and foremost the application fee for my husband should have been waived he is a veteran it stays on the website that all veterans application would be waived they did not. They have send us back a return of $150 when it should have been $200 they states that there was a return of insufficient funds I'm still trying to figure that one out because of the fact you cannot have any return of interesting funds when you do a third party entity you have to have the money to give to the third party and then they will charge you a fee for process again I did that each time so that means the money that I paid to do these transactions I paid double with the third party entity and of course you know with them also, also it has been over a month and we still have not received the money back of $150Review fromDireensha D

1 starHello I need assistance with getting rental verification. I am trying to get this because ** trying to move into a new apartment but rental verification is required. When I went to the office to get rental verification sent over to the newer apartments I was trying to move in I was told that they received a new system, and with that system, it doesnt show some residence in the system as if they never lived there. I did show the manager my lease that I was living there. I show her my welcome letter that I was living there as well. She was very rude about the situation. She did let me know that she cannot do anything about that so this is rendering me from moving on to any apartment at this time so I need this to be resolved immediately or I will have to take legal actions because this is actually rendering me from him getting approved by any apartment companies I can be contacted via email or phone number reach out to me for the informationReview fromSandra K

I started with property beginning of April of 2023 with phone calls to inquire about renting I originally got through to the central office to be referred to main leasing office I called and never got a return call from them i left several messages but i proceed to call that office and got through to someone weeks later and got info and eventually got someone to email an application to me and my fiance' who is a disabled Veteran and filled out the app best as we could. They advertise on the website that Veterans do not pay applications fees which is NOT!!! true because we filled out that app and it charged us full price for fees for both of us. We realized that we had made an error on the ap so we have tried to contact the leasing office for a week and the ************************ who owns the property with no resolve. So they have cashed the application check processing an incorrect application no contact with us ignoring our phone calls and we are out the money and they ripped off A Veteran and we have no apartment!!!! 1 starI MOVED IN SEPT 1ST 2022. MY FIRST MONTH I HAD NO HOT WATER. THIS WAS NOT EVEN THE APARTMENT THAT I SEEN AND DID A WALK THROUGH.... I HAD TO GO AND PAY FOR A HOTEL TO TAKE A SHOWER. I WAS TOLD IT WILL BE TAKING OUT MY RENT.! NEVER DID ! THEN AS MONTH COMES ALONG. THEY LIE AND TELL YOU ITS THE THERMOSTAT WHEN REALLY THESE APARTMENTS HAVE ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS. NOT ONLY NOW TIL THIS DAY MY HOT WATER GOES IN AND OUT..... SOMETIMES DAYS... BUT MY OVEN AND MY MICROWAVE AS WELL... I HAVE WATER DAMAGE IN THE ***** OF MY BATHROOM... THERE WAS A BROKEN PIPE IN MY BATHROOM THAT THEY CAME AND BROKE MY WALL FOR NOTHING BECAUSE ITS STILL LEAKING. THERE IS CAKED UP BLACK MOLD TO WHERE THERE IS NO WIPING IT. THE WHOLE WINDOW NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. NOW IM AT WORK AND MY BOYFRIEND GOES AND SEE IF HE CAN CLEAN THE WINDOW, HE OPENS THE CLOSET DOOR TO NOTHING BUT TERMITES EVERYWHERE! WHEN I CALL THEM ITS ALWAYS AN EXCUSE, THEY DONT WANT TO GIVE COOPRATE NUMBER OUT OR THEIR EMAIL. THEY CLAIM SOMEONE IS GOING TO BE THERE BUT DONT FOR ANOTHER 4-5 DAYS, THEN WHEN I ASK CAN I GET MOVED TO A DIFFERENT APARTMENT THATS WORTH ***** THAT I HAD SEEN, IM BEING TOLD 300$ TO TRANSFER.. WHEN THIS IS NOT THE APARTMENT I SEEN MYSELF. THIS APARTMENTS NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN AND REBUILD OR NEED PEOPLE WHO IS ACTUALLY GOING TO DO THEIR JOB THE RIGHT WAY. 1 starUnfortunately I need to leave a 1 star review because there is no less. They are bait and switch specialists at the least. Gave a cockroach infested and grimy apartment, windows so dirty that it should be considered a health hazard for children. I was told by an assistant that theyd give me another one for the same price since I reported same issues ever since day one and could never move in the apartment. Well, they kicked that person out, then the manager tells me she cannot honor the price because they never said so in writing and offered for me to keep the same apartment I was disputing as a solution and still made me pay for the apartment that I could not move-in to because of the reported and never dealt with issues. I had to give in, pay what they requested and pay for the new apartment they did not honor their word and price on all because I am in a hurry to move.
