    I was given a lease termination letter but was not given an adequate reason why. I’ve lived in these apartments going on 5 years and this is the first time I’ve had an issue with the apartment manager. I’ve had to get code enforcement and you guys involved to get things fixed in my apartment. I need assistance with contacting the corporate office I feel like I’m being ************* ********

    Every time I report a problem to maintenance via maintenance request it comes back completed when nothing has been done. I’ve been living in these apartments 3/4 years and it’s just starting to get worse. They came and replaced my toilet and ruined my floor when I replaced my bathroom floor on my own. I reported the issue but no one came to look or fix it but said the maintenance request was completed.

    My wife and I have been residences at this apartment going on 3 years. We have maintenance issue from the roof leaking to weak water pressure, u name it. Yesterday 5/31 at 3:30pm my wife lost the key to the house. We made several attempts to contact the front office, during business hours, while the office attendant was there and we were ignored. We called from several different numbers. Still no response. We had to break the window in order to get back into the house. I have a lease that states as long as its during business hours the front office is responsible for letting me back in if im locked out. Now they're telling us we have to pay our own money to fix the issue. If the office attendant was in place and doing his job this would not have happened. We have no maintenance, nobody ever answers the phone yet there's a office person that comes in at 9am amd lock the door and ignores us until 5pm. I have video proof of the situation in question, i have call logs, pictures, you name it. We're getting charged for services we've never received like pest control and other fees. Please help

    Hello,

    This is the first time that we are hearing about the roof leaking. The resident never advised me of the issue. Maintenance has responded to the resident to take care of her issues, but the resident never contacted the office when she received notification that the service request was completed to let management know that the issues was unresolved. It's not management responsibility to provide a resident entry into their home, yes we have an extra key, but if we are not in the office then we are unable to help. The resident has multiple ways to contact the office if they have concerns which has been given to them several times ( text/ email).. We also will need a list of the issue the resident is having in her unit,

    After reviewing the complaint I have notice that this has been submitted by a Dominique William who is not  on a lease agreement at our community. The complaint needs to come from someone who is on the lease.

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    I am married to the tenant our voice and issues are one in the same. So my name not being on lease takes away from their negligence and allows them to disregard our issuses? Im confused. Like i stated i have a treasure trove of evidence from everything to falsifying documents to lying about maintenance coming to the unit to now them deactivating access to the portal. Everything these people have done has either been a lie to cover their own behind or its a complete disregard for the tenants and their well being. I had code enforcement come by this morning and inform me that the reason for our renters insurance is for issues like the window situation and that we are not required to pay for them out of pocket. My next step is to contact my local news media's investigation team in order to get some real answers. Since day one we've been asking for a corporate office number and have been denied.
