    I moved out of patriot plaza in 07/2023 and receive a collection letter I owe 2,718.94 upon speaking with several workers In the office including assistant manager and being told the issue will be resolved to get the balance cleared stilled nothing… As it was a mistake on there end of over looking the email I sent to vacate.. I was told I have to called and the get the balance removed why should I call when the apartments was the one who put it on the collection… I have reached out to **** *** no response or help called the apartments provide my information and be told I will be contacted back and nothing…I just want balance removed as I’m trying to purchase a home and can’t with this on my record due to there mistake…unit number ****

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, This complaint was sent to the wrong party.  I work for ***** ***** **********.  ***** ***** ********** sold in December 2021, and at that time they became Patriot Plaza Apartments.  Lofty Asset no longer was the management company at that time.  I believe *** may have taken over then, but it could have been another company.  According to the complaint, Ms. ***** moved out in 7/2023, well after ***** ***** ****** *****) was managing or owning the community.  So, you may need to locate a representative of whomever was managing in 7/2023 and forward the complaint to them.  I apologize for the inconvenience.  Good luck.

    I went in the office to discuss an eviction notice for my daughter who lives there. Patriot Plaza did not apply the 3 Our Florida checks to her monthly payments. They have started the eviction process. We have provided all documents to the attorney and the court. When leaving the office the manager called us ******* ****. I said excuse me she said she wasn't talking to us. We were the only people in the office other than the two other workers. I have tried to contact the management company AMC LLC; however no one has returned my call. Leasing office staff and management company need prior training.
