    they have given me the run around three times.said they were going to order a part and theyd call me. But I had to call them. They couldnt get the bumper to fit so they recommended glue. charged over $1500 and couldnt complete the job correctly and then offered to glue the bumper back. and on top of that they report to carfax. If youre thinking about using them for repairs, dont. may be cheaper but it isnt worth it. I recommend Gerber collision.

    Customer is unhappy with the fitment of the front bumper under the headlights. The vehicle has no mounting points there so there is nothing to adjust. The bumper is an OEM part and we offered to replace the other mounting clips to see if that would help and he said he would let us know because the clips were expensive. He never reached out to say he wanted them ordered. Yesterday he called to see if we had the clips and we explained that he never confirmed he wanted us to order them. We have a lifetime warranty on all of our work and we stand behind that warranty 100%. If there is something that needs to be done that is an issue with the work we will correct it. Anything outside of that would be up to the customers decision as this was not an insurance claim and is being paid out of pocket.
