We were impressed by the sales team at the Home and Garden Show and went to the showroom where we were impressed by the design team. That is where our positive feelings ended. Our main bath has been torn out for two months now. 1.) They use subcontractors who may or may not show up when they say they will. 2.) As I type this they are tearing the tile out for the third time, and AGAIN we will have to wait until they can special order the tile and get it in. 3) The plumber installed the fixtures all wrong the first time. 4.) Right now the plumber is back out because the fixtures are not stable so they are ripping out the tile to fix that. 5.) Workers arrived to install the cabinet but it wasn't here but still at the showroom. 6.) The next day the installers arrived only to discover that the cabinet wouldn't fit through the door. 7.) The electrician (who we had to pay out of pocket) had to come a second time because they didn't tell him to move the light fixture where the cabinet is supposed to go. 8.) The glass installers arrived with the glass, but couldn't do anything because the tile had to be redone for the third time. 9.) The entire house has been coated with dust repeatedly. The first time they covered the carpet but the last 9 times workers didn't bother... I could go on, but you get the point. This has been the absolute WORST remodeling job I had ever had done and they had the audacity to ask us to pay the balance weeks ago... and this wasn't a cheap project. We are fortunate that one of us works from home, otherwise someone would have needed to take two months off from work... two months and counting because it isn't nearly complete. This has been anything BUT an "incredible" experience. I spoke to the owner himself three weeks ago, but we still don't have a bathroom.
