            On June 29, 2023, *****************, president of Salt Marsh visited my property to quote the installation of pavers to widen my driveway and install a small patio in my back yard. He quoted $5,000. he wanted a down payment of $2,000 dollars.I agreed, and gave him a check for $2,000, which was cashed the same day, June 29, 2023.I have called his business *************) many times, leaving messages for the past 5 months with no response. In my mind this is a situation of deception and theft. No communication or work has been to date.

            It was one of the biggest mistakes in hiring Salt Marsh. Ryan promised to use great subs, but he ended up doing much of the work with lead to inferior quality. When subs were used like pluming and painting he never was around to supervise. He also rarely showed up on time or when promised. We ended up firing him and have to get our own subs to fix his work. For example a flooring contractor to fix the tile work, a trim carpenter to fix door frames, and a power wash company to clean up the mess that he left on our driveway. We spent a month and a half on this project before we finally said that we have had enough! We have never worked with a more unprofessional contractor.
