    My *********** stopped by the dealership on 5/19/24 to look at a truck. We waited for hours for a salesman to show us the vehicle. We took it for a test drive & were given the run down on what was included in the sale. After it was all said & done & we spent the ENTIRE day at the dealership we then had to return at a later date to sign off & get the keys. We returned that following Wednesday. When we went to the teller to pay the down-payment the girl seemed very overwhelmed & was rude. She then proceeded to miscalculated the money handing us back change that wasn't due. We tried to point this out to ********* continued to escalate her attitude. We sat down with the sales manager to sign the paperwork & were handed 1 key instead of the 2 we were promised by the salesman. Yet again, instead of handling the issue in a professional manner, the sales manager dismissed us & stated "that's not my department" & washed his hands of us. At this time another manager approached us in regard to the down-payment/money back issue. We attempted to explain what happened to the mamager & the teller who had assisted us then began raising her voice and talking over us, ultimately yelling and screaming. She was sent away to the back & we continued our conversation with the manager & handed back the $4.68 that she miscalculated. After that we were handed off to a THIRD manager to try & resolve the key issues. Due to their negligence & short staffing they failed to submitt the proper insurance documentation & the state suspended my license for uninsured motorist. In the 17 years that I've been licensed in this state I have NEVER had an issue with insurance or my license until I let this joke of a dealership handle my paperwork. We were told that anytime we were back in *** they would handle the key issue & provide an additional key at no cost as originally promised. We have made multiple calls and left numerous messages over the past 30 days to set this up with absolutely NO reply.

    We are sorry that we have not gotten back to you in a timely fashion. We had our systems go down for 20 days, and that did not allow us to see what we had and had not followed up with. I will start from the beginning. Due to the fact that receiving bank approval for the loan was taking longer than usual, which ended up requiring additional stipulations and downpayment which did not allow us to do the deal in a timelier fashion. You had to come back because you needed time to come up with the entire down payment, which we agreed to wait for you. Which was the reason you had to come back a third time before finalizing the deal. Jireh losing her patience while counting your down payment is unacceptable, for this i will apologize, she has been counseled and spoken to. As for the insurance, the state of ******* does not allow a car dealer to set up your car insurance, during the signature process you sign a form agreeing to provide insurance on the vehicle, it states on there that YOU will be contacting to add insurance to the vehicle, us as a dealer cannot do this on your behalf in the state of *******, which is where we do business. Now the key, you are right you probably called and texted and nobody returned your call, this is because our systems were down, the phone numbers you text and call are all routed through a system that went down on 5/19 and came back finally this month. Unfortunately, we never received or got any of them. We tried to reach out to you today, now that we know based on reviews. But you basically shut down the ability to speak to you, and refused for us to setup to get your key for you. We apologize for the mistake. this, and wish we had gotten the opportunity to rectify this for you.
