    I purchase a vehicle from SG Motors LLC on Saturday 04/29/2023 for the amount of $5,467.00 under the terms that the vehicle had no major issues just needed new tires. Two days after I purchased the vehicle it won’t crank and I had to have it towed to a mechanic shop on Wednesday 05/03/2023 and was told that the vehicle had read for multiple codes the main ones I was concerned about was the fuel system leak detected codes and the transmission code after replacing the battery I drive the vehicle back to SG Motors LLC were I made contact with the owner and let him know the information that I had received he then insured me that the vehicle was properly expect after he purchased it at the auction and nothing was wrong with the vehicle he had his mechanic on site get inside the vehicle and plugged up a machine to check the codes and then clear the codes out which made the lights go off on the dashboard he made the statement (that next time the vehicle give me any type of problems to bring it back to him and Don’t take it to a shop). I was still having the same problem with the vehicle so I decided to have the vehicle towed again to a totally different shop on Monday 05/15/2023 because the owner was trying to convince me that the first shop wasn’t being truthful about what was wrong with the vehicle his exact statement, (if the mechanic shop doesn’t find anything wrong with a vehicle they can’t make any money). The second mechanic shop gave me a print out of the the same exact codes and information as the first shop did. I called the owner and asked for a refund because I’m a single mother with three small kids and I have to have a vehicle that is reliable and safe I’m okay with minor issues but a new transmission it’s expensive after I gave him almost $6000 dollars and this vehicle clearly have some issues and I don’t feel safe driving my kids around in a vehicle that’s constantly is jerking so hard it feels like someone is running into the back of us then pauses in the middle of traffic when I’m trying to accelerate me or my kids don’t feel safe. he told me to bring the vehicle back to him and they will fix it I took the vehicle back to him a second time and it sat there for over a month I got the vehicle back on Friday 06/23/2023 and the engine, brake lights came back on the dashboard the same day. I had the vehicle towed again to another mechanic shop on Wednesday 07/12/2023 and was given the same information from the last two shops and was advised to take the vehicle to a transmission shop which I did on Monday 07/17/2023 and was told that Internal failure transmission is the issue with the vehicle. I took the paperwork back to the owner that same day, and he told me that he would trade the vehicle out. Which he have not he keep saying he have to fine me something in my price range and the vehicles that he are posting daily if I see one that I like, I will ask him about it and when I go to look at it, he would tell me it already sold. But he’s looking online for a vehicle to give me which I’m not understanding why can he can’t just give me something off of the lot?. he’s also charging me $800 more dollars to transfer to another vehicle which I feel is unfair because why am I being responsible for a vehicle that he Purchase from the auction that end up having Internal transmission failure. The owner is a *** ****** and very untrustworthy he doesn’t care about nobody else but his own well-being he will gain your trust and then use it to manipulate you in the long run he’s not a man of his word he doesn’t keep his word to the things he say he would do but he love to say that he provide good customer service and I’m sure he sells good vehicles but that was not the case in my situation. I end up purchasing a vehicle with transmission failure thinking that the owner would do the right thing because he told me he also have a daughter boy I was wrong.

    Let just say she bout the car as is with the option to purchase a warranty she refused 
    Everytime she had complaint she was able to drive the car up here keep in mind we dont sell new car and the state dont allow us to work on car after we get them we offered to switch her out the car and she refused its unfortunate but sorry

    The owner ********  is a really life *** ****** and a *** **** I was given an opportunity to purchase a warranty with the vehicle as he just stated he sell  vehicles as is. His comment alone let you know how shady of a person he is and how ***** ****** he is it’s common sense just because you’re able to drive a vehicle does not mean there’s nothing with a vehicle. That is bad business because the first day I bought the vehicle back to your untrustworthy behind and told you the vehicle had internal transmission failure. You should have swapped the vehicles out that same day instead leaving me and my kids drive off in that same unsafe vehicle just for you to constantly lying, saying you was looking for a vehicle to swap it out for and leading me on for weeks knowing I have three small kids and it wasn’t safe for me to be operating a vehicle that’s was constantly jerking hard and jetting off into traffic. Then he said I refuse to swap the vehicle out which is a lie because if that was indeed the case, why did you not submit the proof of me refusing to swap the vehicles out when I attached the text messages in the last text message after I reached out to him he never responded he’s a untrustworthy man and he’s not a man if his word. I will attach documents from each car shops and the text message were he never reply he’s a ***** . Thank you I been in contact with **** *** ***.

    THE OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS “********” IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE DISHONEST AND A SCAMMER HE IS SELLING FALSE ADVERTISING CARS AND LYING ABOUT IT HE IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO BLACK WOMEN BUT WOULDNT DISRESPECT A MAN HE SOLD ME A 2008 NISSAN VERSA THAT HE HAD REPO FROM A PREVIOUS COUPLE HE CLAIMS THAT HE HAD THE CAR CLEANED AND CHECKED AND FIXED IT UP HISSELF WE ORIGINALLY AGRRED ON $2000 FOR THE CAR HE ALLOWED ME TO MAKE PAYMENTS ON THE CAR $150 EVERY TWO WEEKS I WAS ORIGINALLY SUPPOSED TO PUT $1000 DOWN FOR IT BUT HE TOLD THE YOUNG MAN WHO WAS DOING MY PAPERWORK TO LET ME PUT $950 DOWN AND GET AN OIL CHANGE WITH THE OTHER $50 AT A OIL COMPANY HE REFERRED AFTER I PAID THE CAR OFF WHICH WAS WAY BEFORE MY TIME THEY TOLD ME THE DMV WOULD HAVE MY TITLE AND EVERYTHING WAS FINE AND COMPLETED I WAS RECENTLY TRYING TO SELL THE CAR TO KBB AND SOMEONE FROM KBB CONTACTED ME SAYING THAT THEY CANT PURCHASE THE VEHICLE CAUSE OT HAS A SALVAGE TITLE WHICHTHE DEALER DIDNT MENTION TO ME THE CAR STOP WORKING IN MID MARCH HE IS SELLING LEMON CARS AND IS DISRESPECTING AND MAKING BLACK WOMEN FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE HE ALSO HAS SERVAL COMPLAINTS AGAINST HIM DIRECTLY

    There was no disrespect or anyone being disrespectful she took it as that on the fact that we told her that we were not going to fix her car the car was purchased in 2021 it was paid off in March 2022 we worked with a very well we only asked for 1000 down then we retracted 1k told ger just to give us 950 and for her to take the other $50 of her to go get a oil change she just wants us to fix her car when she bought the car as is The car was not a salvage title it was a rebuilt title and we told her that once she also signed the paperwork stating that it was a rebuilt title so we would not get in trouble with the DMV

    One thins we dint do is lie the customer was well informed of the car being rebuilt and we do have documentation that she sign acknowledging that.and in closing this will be our last response we do great business and has helped a lot of people and furthermore  we are not allowed buy the state of ******* to sell salvage cars as a dealer .
