I had 3 accounts with ERC. An agreement was made to settle these accounts with a paid to delete upon payment clearance. All 3 accounts were settled with ERC as agreed; however, only 2 of the 3 accounts were deleted from my credit reports. A zero balance and settled is shown on my credit reports. This information is listed under collections on my account and also showing closed since it was settled. ERC agreed to delete this account with the aforementioned terms within 30 days. It has been several months and it still has not been deleted. I have tried to contact ERC and disputed this through the credit bureaus. To no avail, the information still remains on my reports. They did not fully comply with their end of our agreement and I want this resolved immediately. I attempted several times to resolve this through their website only to be ignored and not receive any response. Please comply with what was agreed upon.Enhanced Recovery Company, LLC

They are trying to collect an alleged debt from me when they DO NOT have the right to collect in my state. I was asked for them to show me proof of a unilateral contract between them and myself. They have been sending me letters saying to pay them, but gave no proof at all in regards showing can come after me. A terrible company that is taking advantage of people that do not know the law. They are attempting to collect debt for ******* Communications. ******* Communications refused to allow me to close an Internet account and continued to bill my daughter after she no longer lived at that address nor used their services.Both companies are guilty of fraudulent billing practices.Enhanced Recovery Company, LLC

This company has refused to provide written verification to my elderly parents on a cellular debt that was paid in full and they cosigned for eight years ago. They have sent letters, called repeatedly, and my mother told multiple time they don't know what they are talking about. My parents also went to the cellular phone company local office and they couldn't find anything either. They have been aggressive and rude and have completely got them extremely upset as they refuse to provide information!Enhanced Recovery Company, LLC

I reached out to the ************************ regarding aggressive collections activity from this company. Calling my phone several times a day regarding an illegitimate Sprint debt that I already have a letter from stating the account is resolved. I explained this to the company and they told me it had nothing to do with them and I needed to pay the bill regardless in order to avoid it being added to my credit report. The representative claims they sent me mail about this already. I asked to speak to a manager, I asked the manager for that same letter to be emailed to me and he continually refused and said if I wanted to pay it I could after they send me a letter by mail again. These aggressive tactics are wrong and wrongfully make people think they have to pay an illegitimate bill to avoid a negative report on their credit. This sort of tactic has been banned by the ****Enhanced Recovery Company, LLC

My mother got a collection bill, she has late stage Alzheimers and hasnt had a cell phone in over 2 years, and that was paid in full at that time. She lives in an assisted living home. I called this company and they wont tell me what telephone number this is for. **** has never even sent a regular bill for this amount so how could anything gone to collections?!!Enhanced Recovery Company, LLC

These people aggressively called me in regards to a legitimate old debt. The agent who I spoke with was extremely pushy about setting up payment terms and when we did get things set up, I asked her to start the payments on a date one week later than she stated. She said okay, but didn't change the payment dates, so I was charged 3 times on dates that were opposite of my bi-weekly paychecks, which caused me both an overdraft and negative balance. I called their office to complain about their agent's mistake, but after reviewing the call, they said that because I agreed to the dates at the end of the call (again, the agent was speedy, pushy and almost aggressive), that the agent not listening to what I had asked didn't matter and that they were in the right. This company is rotten to the core and I hope that I never have to deal with them ever again. The next call will not be to them, but to my lawyer to see if I have any legal recourse...Enhanced Recovery Company, LLC

They have been illegally using software to track all my personal info through my account information with **** from and old debt that was payed off and charged off from two collections agency I honestly think this is an employee within there company within a group of angry workers.Enhanced Recovery Company, LLC

This company keeps sending my personal information and business to an address I haven't lived at for 20 years! They keep sending my personal business there after I have wrote and told them 3 times now. They were sending it to the right address at one time, but now I haven't heard from them for almost a year. Was on my credit account and then they closed the account a couple months ago and now they just opened it back up and sent my credit way down again. I don't even know what it is I owe for! Last time I talked to them I was trying had set up a payment plan, but was informed by a lady on the phone that I didn't. She kept asking how are you are you going to take care of this debt today and trying to force me to pay the whole thing. She asked some questions that I am pretty sure are illegal. She asked if my wife would pay it. I'm not even married so no idea where she got that information. And then asked if I had any family members that could pay in full that day. That is wrong! Stop opening and closing my account just to destroy my credit. You were working under AIifni and now under ERC. It is also illegal to be sending my personal business and information to people who have nothing to do with my account in the first place. I have asked you to stop over 3 times now! Please look into this business, because they are harrasing a couple that isn't even on my account or have anything to do with it. I am not receiving anything at my address so not sure why they just filed and opened my account back up on my credit! Updating my account isn't good enough. You sent a letter to the wrong address. I have brought this up to your company and file a complaint 3 different times and you started sending it there again. My personal information that the people that live at that address have nothing to do with. They have had to mail me the letter you sent everytime so you owe them an apology and owe them for having the postage they had to spend doing your job. The letter you sent said to respond by 7-11-22 or it would go against my credit. Well I can't respond when you send it to the wrong address. Now you have dropped my credit score. It is not fair to me that you send it to the wrong address and then effect my credit score! Sorry isn't good enough! I want this offy credit report. I don't even know what the heck I am even paying for. I haven't had **** for over 3 years! You need to send an apology letter to this couple you keep harrasing with an issue they have nothing to do with. I have asked you to stop 3 times already. I haven't lived at that address for over 20 years! I want this removed from my credit since I was not able to respond on time. Then we can talk!
